@Jo2901TF @elementalvenus I have a 63 year old child who couldn't live without it - I have Sky Q so it works seamlessly with a second TV without wires so I do like it for that, plus our TV signal is very bad where we live. We can only get the BBC channels on DAB radio and our freeview doesn't have things like GB News on it as we only get the main 30 or so channels as we're on a small transmitter. We can't even get Classic FM on DAB or FM

Freeview channel 97 Hobbycraft TV I noticed one thing when Hobbycraft TV was off air on Sunday evening. There red button service has been reduced to 12 hours a day before it was 24 hours a day. The red button is only live from 7pm to 7am in HD. No HD between 7am to 7pm is only in SD.

The main problem here is the huge plethora of films on the normal freeview tv or the normal tv somewhat hampering my progress through the films I want to watch on the blu-rays etc well on paramount+ they're getting in the ******* way.I watched oppenheimer on bbc2 yesterday.

  • FOOTYBRO_FC Footypass (Burton albion fan) (@FOOTYBRO_FC) reported

@fusionjosh_ Thank **** the world cup on freeview

  • algingersmith Alan C. Smith (@algingersmith) reported

@blackplastic8 @AdrianFaiers Tech issues make it almost impossible. Charter means progs have to be accessible to all. Millions don't even have connected tv's or internet access. You'd have to dump the Charter. Or provide free Freeview boxes to millions. Cost prohibitive. #r4today

  • sabrina777z SabrinaEvans01 (@sabrina777z) reported

@stephen2876 @NotFarLeftAtAll Because those that can't afford Netflix or Prime or Disney have zero choice but to watch Freeview style TV and most of that is repeats from 70s/80/90etc so BBC and ITV are bad but they are less likely to be repeats.

@cordbusters Sky Satellite is better then streaming if your internet goes down your stuck with boring old freeview. I just hope Foxtel in Austraila where i live don't stop selling their iQ boxes otherwise i will use my tv as a computer monitor just to watch youtube nothing else.

  • SAGASAINT1 SAGASAINT (@SAGASAINT1) reported

@Freely_Advice Cannot change subtitle size. Freeview TV in bedroom via aerial is fine. All channels have the correct subtitles. Freely is the problem 😭

  • Bartlet27722793 Richard Bartlett (@Bartlet27722793) reported

@GhostOfCorkey @DeathlyAcorn @KayBurley It was the case that radio rights came with the combined TV licence. But not anymore, except perhaps if you only listen to the radio via FreeView, satellite or cable. TVLicensing confirms this in their FAQs. What is better than BBC that you do watch please? Or just nothing live and never BBC, not even on-demand/catch-up?? --Genuinely interested.
