@AtomOfTheSun Hi, The order shown on your screenshot is linked to an iPhone 11, this can't be changed through a phone update. This would suggest an iPhone 11 was purchased, and would be why your phone shows an iPhone 11. I you drop us a DM we can try to help further with this. giffgaff Natalie

If anyone is trying to help an isolated elderly person get setup with a new mobile phone during lockdown, avoid @giffgaff. One month of admin and 2 broken devices received in a row with no attempt to make it right. Brands will be remembered for how they behave right now.

This might sound mad but im actually looking forward to these next two weeks in work only coz i currently have no internet as its getting connected on the 26th and ive had to use my mobile hotspot to watch my tele and play the ps4 an my giffgaff signal has been **** aswell

@simon_euro Giffgaff use the O2 network (and, last I checked) are owned by O2 (to some extent). Somehow, they've got quite a different corporate culture, though.
