@Rania06396702 We're so sorry to hear that didn't help, Rania. We are investigating intermittent log in issues with the app, so hopefully this will be resolved soon. We would recommend that you keep trying, but in the meantime, you should be able to log in on the website. - giffgaff Emer.

@debbiejallan @giffgaff They have very bad customer service. They force everyone to register before they can top up

@giffgaff It’s not a text it’s a call, the app shows a code that you have to verify over a call but the call can’t get through. When I was on the phone to them they said giffgaff have blocked them before. Apparently I have to ask you guys to do a “signal diagnostic” or something?

Wow, thanks @giffgaff - you emailed saying my phone repair is out of warranty - no details given - & quoted £246 to repair it. Adding insult to injury, saying I'll be charged £15 to send it back unrepaired. Phone cost me £199 and I've only had it a couple of months! So bad.😡

@Shammz006 @SMARTYMobileUK That's not so bad... not the best for home broadband but respectable for mobile - I would have stuck with smarty/3 if I had that (or less). They also benefit from having wifi calling/VoLTE which others like voxi, giffgaff etc are missing.

@SephBentos Hi there. We're really sorry to hear about this. Are you having problems receiving any other texts, or is it just texts from your bank? - giffgaff Emer.

@StephanieFishw1 You would lose service on your old SIM once the number transfer has gone through. However, it can take up to 9pm on your transfer day for your number to be fully transferred across. - giffgaff Emer.

@Bearded_Jamie No never - I had a standard SIM only but got it doesnt allow for a smart watch so I moved it. It was just a rolling month to month with GiffGaff but then I moved it to EE

@Ethanmayer1 @VOXI_UK I can't imagine they will support it - none of the other virtual networks do, presumably because if the (real) networks (Vodafone, O2, etc) offered all of these features on their budget brands (Voxi, giffgaff), there'd be no point in customers paying for their main brand.
