@MartinSLewis Between 6,8 quid a month on Giffgaff swapped from o2 that I BEEN with for 10 years when they dropped lend us a quid and rewards was going down it was time to change would not have it any other way

Having been with @O2 since my first phone, I’m done. Customer service used to be the reason I stuck with them even though they were far from cheap. Now expensive and terrible service (if you even get to speak to someone). Who are you with that’s better? Giffgaff seem ok?

@giffgaff can you help please? Tried to send a text to someone which included an emoji and get a "message failed" notification. Plenty of credit on my phone. When I click on the message I don't seem to be able to edit it, just retry or cancel.

@giffgaff Website says mast is out so service is down - I didn’t think to check before purchasing as my main mobile is on the o2 network and is working fine

@giffgaff I’m a CEV secondary school teacher, massive BT outage in my area so no way to set work or teach my lessons tmw. I have a giffgaff sim in a mifi router - bought a goodybag about half an hour ago. No signal.

@giffgaff I have ordered new sim cards 3 times now and they have never come to my address. Then you have the cheek to email me asking how are your new sims?? Whats going on with your deliveries??

@LaurenJ77 @SkyHelpTeam I know,this as does most of Chelmsford. It’s on the BT page.O2, giffgaff etc have it on their service status, yet Sky insist they know nothing.I don’t want to play the ‘I’m a clinically extremely vulnerable keyworker’ card but..! Seriously, sort it out sky!You’re a comms company!
