Signius (@SigniusNetworks) reported@giffgaff you really need to sort this crap with the network reporting 5G to the phone handset but no 5G actually being available so anything using data just hangs. As soon as force phone to 4G only it works instantly.

Adam Bond (@adamebond) reported@giffgaff A new 5G mast has been put up quite close to me, but I can’t seem to connect to it. I’ve toggled 5G on in my service settings, but it’s still showing 4G at the top of my phone, and giving me really slow speeds. Any idea what’s going on?

Customer service is rubbish and I am no closer to understanding when/if I will ever get my money back. Please reconsider buying from giffgaff, they are the worst company I have ever dealt with.
