Just watched a disgusting advert on C4. An ad from a group of "companies claiming they want to help us through this difficult period of rising prices." ******* parasites. Boots advertising their advantage card. Coop. Giffgaff. Go Conpare etc etc. LOWER YOUR PRICES that'd help us.

@giffgaff my son had a phone from you at Christmas, just stopped working and told you want £519 to fix it as not covered under warranty ? We don’t know what to do as it is a refurbished phone and he doesn’t have £519. No idea how to contact anyone.

@giffgaff can you please help, I’ve recently bought a sim, had to top it up. I’ve restarted it, the phone is unlocked affording is to Vodaphone. Is there anyway that we can get a refund or can I move the credit to my giffgaff as we are not going to be able to use it?
