Just watched a disgusting advert on C4. An ad from a group of "companies claiming they want to help us through this difficult period of rising prices." ******* parasites. Boots advertising their advantage card. Coop. Giffgaff. Go Conpare etc etc. LOWER YOUR PRICES that'd help us.

@DavidSpinks From an org perspective I don’t distinguish, I think all ‘customer’ functions should report into community and play a key role in informing community strategy. I guess there are ways to apply community tactics to customer success (e.g. giffgaff). You?

@Annas_Kitchen Oh that’s rubbish. Weirdly despite running on O2’s network GiffGaff gives me better coverage than when I was actually on O2 which is bonkers

@ThreeUKSupport Hello, I just bought a 4g router from you and speed tests are showing 20Mb download speed but Giffgaff are providing 40Mb at the same location. Do you just have a slow network?

I move from Giffgaff to @ThreeUK on PAYG and signal and speed is great, I get PAC code and transfer number so now I'm happy with the service,so I want to move to a monthly plan, so I speak to sales who tell me the Three number they are calling me on is terminated. So I give up.
