Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.

@LeftLost_Pltcs Might want to check coverage maps on a couple of providers to prevent disappointment. GiffGaff run on the O2 network, as does Tesco mobile.

@giffgaff Hi Hannah, thanks for the prompt reply. This seems to be a persistent problem near a signal tower, so I suspect that may be the cause of the problem? May your team investigate further please?

@BobFlem25914696 Hi Bob. It can take up to 24 hours from your port in day for your service to be fully up and running. During this time we recommend that you reboot your phone off and on again a few times, to help speed this up - giffgaff Jade

@O2 are behaving atrociously when trying to "Resolve" a problem with signal absence in our area. @GiffGaff immediately released me from contract (they are on @O2 as well). What's wrong with this company?

@giffgaff Yes I have they keep delaying the resolution. They said Monday yesterday then now they said Iโll have customer relations reach out in 5 days. This is ridiculous I even quoted UK law word for word in which giffgaff is in violation of ad itโs been more than 14 days of return dlivry
