Jake Cartwright (@J3XLCartwright) reported@giffgaff What is your policy on keeping numbers alive on your network? For example, I will be using a connection on your network, but not that often. How often would I need to make an outbound call to retain the number?

Charlee Tolhurst (@CharleeTolhurst) reported@giffgaff I have but I'm still waiting on a reply and obviously it's not ideal going to work with my phone not working. I've got to leave the house in 2 hours

Iain J 🇪🇺💙 #StillEuropean (@Photo_Iain) reported@markbutcher9 @RemainingKind @Eddystone506 Hardly naive, I’d suggesting getting it in proportion. You know what O2 announced for 2022, in-effect a fair use policy, will actually be cheaper that what Giffgaff already charge EU roaming customers exceeding 25gb. Even EE is one network of over 60 operators&virtual operators.

*** ✊🏼 #StopSIM (@LenDemetriou) reported@TapperJosephine EE! From GiffGaff (runs on O2 network).
-
Ψ (@MetalHoosier) reported@giffgaff hey, I just got an email about my Goodybag confirmation. I have the recurring disabled because I don't live in the UK. Want to help with this?

Frank Kerr (@franciskerr) reported@BBCNews What else do you expect from BT, absolutely rip off merchants. They took over Plusnet and now they are just as bad as them now. Switch to a Giffgaff or Tesco’s mobile for a far superior customer service.

Sassy Funke (@Sassy_Funke) reported@giffgaff please assist me with reconnecting my number (I have had for over a decade even before I joined your network). I never received your disconnection emails. Cloud Dance Festival (@clouddancefest) reported from Portobello, Scotland@brightdome Feedback from my mother who was seeing Paradise Lost tonight - she was at table 17, but had no phone signal to scan the bar code and order drinks (she’s with Giffgaff). She absolutely loved the show, and all the attention to detail to ensure safety.
