Joined @giffgaff on 1st November , it’s now 19th November and still don’t have a signal , most days it’s non existent, wish I had stayed with @ThreeUK now , giff gaff tells me a mast is broken but it seems like it’s going to never be fixed as it’s been broken since I joined

@giffgaff @suamirocha @ThreeUK Move to 3 Suami, at least until they sort it out to your satisfaction. Whatever happened to “the customer is always right”? These big businesses are far to eager to bully us!

Five days to speak to someone about a complaint, they are "not sure" what else they can do, as we are in deadlock now as they demand full payment in the #CostOfLivingCrisis Utterly shambles...so glad my contract is up with them...I'm moving to @giffgaff

@giffgaff Hi, I've been charged twice for my recurring goodbag, once on the 5th & again on the 11th April. Obviously there is no way of contacting you through your website and the FAQ's don't help. Can someone please get back to me. Thanks

@mossgatherer_ If you can look at Giffgaff. They use the O2 network but are much better value.

Then was gonna set my laptop up to use it's mobile modem to give me some temporary internet but the giffgaff sim I had was deactivated because I never use it so I had to go get a new sim and then for some reason systemd-resolved wasn't working

@zsombi08 Giffgaff runs on O2 network so I don't think it will make much of a difference. I probably just need new phone with 5G? Idk 😮💨

Which phone carrier has the best signal? I use giffgaff (shamefully) since 10 years ago and it's time to change because their coverage is terrible.

@_Jampot Try Smarty (5G, 3 network). Much better reception than Giffgaff (but I am in Manchester).
