Joined @giffgaff on 1st November , it’s now 19th November and still don’t have a signal , most days it’s non existent, wish I had stayed with @ThreeUK now , giff gaff tells me a mast is broken but it seems like it’s going to never be fixed as it’s been broken since I joined

@giffgaff Yes several times but they said they can’t help me till the mast is fixed the app says you may have more information by 26th November but how can you leave your customers with no connection for a month ? I paid £10 when I joined , when I’m at work I have no signal all day

Hi @giffgaff - I never got a message to say I was being charged for EU roaming but you’ve taken the money from my credit regardless. Don’t think I even went over the limit so how is this possible? Pretty disappointing…

@Fee_SCFC Snap! My Giffgaff experience is like yours. Tesco Mobile and Giffgaff run off the O2 network. My Lebara fares better though (Vodafone network).

@giffgaff your customer service is a shambles! Received a faulty phone. Apple has got a record from previous owner that it had same fault! Can’t get in touch with anybody? I need this replacing asap as my daughter is off to Japan on Monday for 12 month and needs this phone!?
