Nigel Craft (@CraftyNigel) reported from Ely, EnglandJoined @giffgaff on 1st November , it’s now 19th November and still don’t have a signal , most days it’s non existent, wish I had stayed with @ThreeUK now , giff gaff tells me a mast is broken but it seems like it’s going to never be fixed as it’s been broken since I joined

I paid £10 when I joined , when I’m at work I have no signal all day

Come on Santander I’m trying to negotiate a new deal here I’m not making a complaint (yet)

During this time we recommend that you reboot your phone off and on again a few times, to help speed this up - giffgaff Jade
