@giffgaff is so rubbish 🤬😡😤Approach with caution. Or it’s @envirofoneuk. No one seems to know. And neither offer proper customer support. I basically can’t send text messages any more. Showing 2 bars of signal. Just constant message sending failure. 🤬😡

@giffgaff You’ve done this already. You even sent a new sim. It’s your service. It’s not reliable enough.

@axemonkey Try fixing it by telling giffgaff a brand new email address, and then once they've sent something to that tell them the correct one again. Maybe that will shake some broken config out at their end.

@giffgaff No the most was car insurance and I've sorted that giff gaff was 10, 10, and 6 on different dates in May - maybe that is when I bought goodybags but have never used them because although supposedly activated the phone stayed dead.

@axemonkey Did you have any mail forwarding configured with Giffgaff? DNS caching wouldn't normally be an issue after that long.

@MammothWhale Other providers will be the same, as they’ll rely on Openreach to actually configure the connection. A good temporary solution would be a VOXI or Giffgaff prepaid SIM card, and putting it in a cheap 4G router. You can get them on Amazon for about £60-70
