@LauraKing14 We are a web based network provider, which means we don't have a direct number. The best way to get in contact is through our website via ask an agent. - giffgaff Dana

@giffgaff Bought phone from you in August under warranty. Last week I took it out of my bag flashing red hot and had to cool down in freezer. It then turned off. Sent it back to you, you've told me I have to pay £519 to fix it or £15 to send back broken: standard practice?

@Yorksims @Carolin71106072 @giffgaff There is nothing new near to the house that we can tell but I agree there must be some sort of issue and i dont think for a moment both phones have gone strange at once.

@giffgaff We need answers from you. We have told you we do not have a service on either of our phones. Each time we try to make a call there is horrific interference. You told us to BOTH reset our phones? Seriously? One WEEK without service. You NEED to FIX this issue now.
