@giffgaff Yes several times but they said they can’t help me till the mast is fixed the app says you may have more information by 26th November but how can you leave your customers with no connection for a month ? I paid £10 when I joined , when I’m at work I have no signal all day

Joined @giffgaff on 1st November , it’s now 19th November and still don’t have a signal , most days it’s non existent, wish I had stayed with @ThreeUK now , giff gaff tells me a mast is broken but it seems like it’s going to never be fixed as it’s been broken since I joined

@giffgaff Ok, then you can check any random postcode as I only pass through there. Also, I did fill in one of your online reports for this issue....that was 3 years ago.

@giffgaff We topped our sim up with a £15 goodybag on Wednesday and had no issues but as of yesterday I can’t call out or receive incoming calls and the same with text messages? The package is with free calls and texts so I’m not sure what’s going wrong?

@sputniksteve @BBCRadio2 @giffgaff Fair enough, but in that case avoid o2, Sky Mobile, Tesco Mobile and Lycamobile. They all use the same network.
