@Paul_Reviews @EE @giffgaff I have been looking at switching as ee removed the outstanding time on my contract after misleading me about another issue for nearly two years. Unfortunately where I live there aren't many alternatives with coverage which is less than ideal.

@DavidBr72286172 I'm with Giffgaff but there are options with most of the big guys. Giffgaff uses the O2 network, which is worth knowing if you get better reception with one network over another wherever you spend most of your time. I switched to giffgaff cos at my old office only O2 worked.

@Wild1145 @EE Having exactly the same with @giffgaff lately. Service is obviously degraded in many areas, to the point I'm considering switching.

@citizen_tammy You can then check network coverage on the website of preferred Carrier. Join Topcashback & you might be able to get cash back on a new contract. MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operators) like giffgaff use O2, iD Mobile use 3. So beware of who you choose and which carrier they use.
