    @giffgaff Yes several times but they said they can’t help me till the mast is fixed the app says you may have more information by 26th November but how can you leave your customers with no connection for a month ? I paid £10 when I joined , when I’m at work I have no signal all day

    Joined @giffgaff on 1st November , it’s now 19th November and still don’t have a signal , most days it’s non existent, wish I had stayed with @ThreeUK now , giff gaff tells me a mast is broken but it seems like it’s going to never be fixed as it’s been broken since I joined

    I feel angry from @giffgaff. I do not receive adequate Internet. The fact I cannot receive any Internet some of the times. I complained about it and the giffgaff told me one of their transmitters broke down. I must compensate because this is not my problem. My name is hussa50155

    @WilliamNB @giffgaff I was on O2, and while their coverage is wide, they're over subscribed. The service was nearly impossible to use in crowded public places like rail stations, because of contention. I moved to EE and haven't had any issues, but then with WFH, I don't get around much anymore.

    @iPoof @O2 I’m on giffgaff on the o2 network. I’m sim only, I’ve got auto renew but you don’t have to do that.

    @giffgaff Hi Elmer, I've logged a ticket but wondered if its a known issue. I can deal with a double top up, just as long as both payments hit my account. Only one showing, even though there's two order transactions. Very odd!

    @O2 Tried the above. I think it's just poor network coverage. Looked at Giffgaff tonight. They piggy back your network offering 5g when you don't?

    @WilliamNB @giffgaff Do Giffgaff customers piggy backing the O2 network get the exact same access as O2 customers?

    @CarriePurdom @WilliamNB @giffgaff we moved from giffgaff to plusnet. It's based on EE network but it's a more limited service e.g. they dont support text shortcodes, the answering service is not as good etc. V cheap though

    @giffgaff Maybe some caching issue, site looks OK on Chrome on Android, but on Firefox on Android I can see the update message.
