    Joined @giffgaff on 1st November , it’s now 19th November and still don’t have a signal , most days it’s non existent, wish I had stayed with @ThreeUK now , giff gaff tells me a mast is broken but it seems like it’s going to never be fixed as it’s been broken since I joined

    @giffgaff Yes several times but they said they can’t help me till the mast is fixed the app says you may have more information by 26th November but how can you leave your customers with no connection for a month ? I paid £10 when I joined , when I’m at work I have no signal all day

    @Yorksims @giffgaff hmm not had issues until a couple of days ago and been with giffgaff for over a year. Signal has been non existent

    @giffgaff Yes, I have. It has been quite the awful experience. I think the time could have been spent more productively by trying to make a time machine out of whatever random items I can find behind the sofa, in an attempt to take back the hours giffgaff's inept agents have taken from me

    @westdorsetrick @GeorgeMonbiot I used to work for the Ombudsman who dealt with mobile phone company complaints The one thing that taught me was to NEVER have a contract !!! That’s why I’m on @giffgaff PAYG

    @samiwoods89 @giffgaff Yeah I’ve only had 1 bar signal and often nothing last 5 days. Definitely something going on. Maybe it’s the heat.

    @NblookM @giffgaff I was in Glasgow last month and had 5g no issues. You tried turning the phone off and on to reset the network service ?

    @MartinSLewis @actionfrauduk why does @giffgaff not perform any checks on addresses when someone opens an account and when it’s discovered that an account holder has been using an address they’ve never lived at and where they are unknown to the actual occupants take no action?

    @O2 Now if only I could actually use my 4G in the UK instead of having it lock up due to the people with unlimited data hogging all of the bandwidth on tiktok, D+ and netflix. Giffgaff have no problems and yet use your service and they also offer EU roaming. £10 a month for 15GB also
