@giffgaff hi, I’ve had my sim now for about 4-5 years and now noticing my speed has been very slow for the past few months could the age of my sim be the issue? If so what’s the process of getting a new one with my current number on it?

@giffgaff Oh great thanks so I don’t need to cancel it. I just won’t insert into a phone as it won’t be needed. Thanks

@benno44775 @giffgaff I've done that. giffgaff says the signal is good but O2 says the signal is poor in my area. I am still struggling to get a signal. I've never had this issue before and I've been with giffgaff for years.

Got two scam texts about energy cost support within the same day. Given the real forthcoming payment and the anxiety of missing out on it, I imagine they are relatively easy to fall for. @giffgaff and @O2 really need to do better </preachy>
