Joined @giffgaff on 1st November , it’s now 19th November and still don’t have a signal , most days it’s non existent, wish I had stayed with @ThreeUK now , giff gaff tells me a mast is broken but it seems like it’s going to never be fixed as it’s been broken since I joined

@giffgaff Yes several times but they said they can’t help me till the mast is fixed the app says you may have more information by 26th November but how can you leave your customers with no connection for a month ? I paid £10 when I joined , when I’m at work I have no signal all day

@AlanGWardrop @virginmedia I did one better i got a giffgaff sim with hi data usage 100gs all for the price of £20 with vergin i was paying 40+ a month plus had old contract with Vodafone at 40+ ditched them both for what I have currently have & I've never had any problems with connection speed etc

@Hampo I'm on Giffgaff, it runs in O2's network. I've never had a problem except for one day (or less) when that network went down. That's one day out of 5+ years. No catch that I've spotted.
