@giffgaff absolute disgusting service from yourselves and the repair team. Informing us by letter that my 12 year old had damaged his phone - does this go for my Dad with the same phone, he is 66 years old. Couldn't admit responsibility, think trading standards 😡

Woot! Goodbye @giffgaff with your awful, awful, horribly broken network that you don't care about (I did try), and hello actually being able to get data while out and about! 🎉🎉🎉

@giffgaff this is crazy. if i had a smaller cell plan, of 5 GB per month, this wouldn't be an issue. but since i pay you more, i get screwed by these EU changes. getting a new SIM instead

@giffgaff your recent service levels have been so poor, signal and data so weak in city centres. I’ve been trying to send complaint via website but even that’s throwing an error. How do I report this as I’m close to finding another network. Thank you.
