  Joined @giffgaff on 1st November , it’s now 19th November and still don’t have a signal , most days it’s non existent, wish I had stayed with @ThreeUK now , giff gaff tells me a mast is broken but it seems like it’s going to never be fixed as it’s been broken since I joined

  @giffgaff Yes several times but they said they can’t help me till the mast is fixed the app says you may have more information by 26th November but how can you leave your customers with no connection for a month ? I paid £10 when I joined , when I’m at work I have no signal all day

  @ajzxne Outsourced still means they have to be paid for. We do not know what the arrangement O2 has with Giffgaff for renting network capacity but there are probably options which can be added and removed. Different virtual operators might choose different options.

  @Iromg Vodafone are expensive and they have the worst reception. Giffgaff use 02, and they're cheap and reliable.

  @giffgaff my wife tried to enter into phone contract via yourselves, and because she has never used klarna the contract can’t be fulfilled. Hugely irresponsible that via your chat function a person suggested taking debt/credit with klarna to improve score and support the order..

  @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Three just... sucks as a company. Giffgaff has worked great for me (keep your number, free texts receiving anywhere). Or move all 2FA to authenticator apps now that you're maybe forced to change it anyway

  @MRP_YT We're a web based company, so there is no contact number for us. If you have an account with giffgaff, you'll have entered an email address to activate your SIM. It's worthwhile checking your emails for any coming from giffgaff, to help with logging in. - giffgaff Jeanette

  @giffgaff my bank account the other day was hacked but the bank stopped it so my account is blocked until I get my new card. My month payment hasn’t gone through because of this issue

  @giffgaff @EdisonChu10 You never clearly informed customers of any time limit, such as 14 or 30 days. This is misleading and feels like consumer fraud.
