-
Nathan Lawson (@nathanlawsn) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England@adamconder @OllieBrkr @giffgaff Iโve experienced that occasionally on Three also, but I found that restarting my iPhone fixes the problem, so Iโm beginning to think itโs actually an iOS issue rather than a problem with the network.

Fred (@fred6279) reported@cyrilnotes @Fremond_ Go to an MVNO network. Essentially of them except Giffgaff have the same priority as regular customers on the main network. Voxi uses Vodafone and Three and is very cheap so I recommend that.
-
LuciaLatinaGomez (@TheLuciaGomez) reportedugh! how did we all collectively as a society accepted companies in general becoming shittier and shittier while increasing prices? Trying to contact @giffgaff... no phone number, no agents .. Have to wait 24 hrs for a pos reply or "ask the community". WTF AM I PAYING FOR THEN?
-
Adil (@AKolil) reported@techtoby__ Get an eSim from a different network and switch around when the internets slow or down. Iโve got unlim EE physical sim and giffgaff eSim as a backup๐

-
heather ฯฯ โ๐-๐ (@heather11666) reported@YvonneM28 @Holz_mfc Same here with giffgaff which just like Sky uses the O2 network. Am considering switching to 3 network (maybe Smarty) to see if it works any better.
-
That Josh Guy (@thatjoshguy69) reported@LuftkoppTim @luciascarlet Idk bout over there, but here O2 suuuuucks. I was with giffgaff, an mvno on the O2 network, for a lil while before switching to Smarty (on 3). And literally night and day difference. Its subjective though. In other places in the UK, 3 sucks and EE is better, or Vodafone even ๐

Point of Entry ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ (@point0fentry) reported@Lairdysnr Left Vodafone for GiffGaff years ago. I'll never go back to a phone contract. Every 5 or 6 years I buy a reconditioned phone (usually from GiffGaff) to replace the current handset.

james gmail (@jamgmail83959) reported@giffgaff Accidentally signed for 18-month contract on 13/3/26. Router with SIM off since 17/3 for some months, so this contract is hardly useful!. I wish to cancel under my 14-day statutory right to cancel please. How? No email, phone contact, agent does not allow questions.

Warlord (@Evilmonkeyfart) reportedI got a new data sim and my golly I think giffgaff was genuinely the problem
