In a world of poor customer service, one company that constantly overdelivers is @giffgaff Tremendous value for money and their stuff “just works”. One ad-hoc month of goodybag data at £20 for 80GB has meant non-stop Netflix and TV during > 1 week hospital stay. Fantastic value.

@shammi97484481 @giffgaff Dial 43430 option 2 from your phone. Does it say you have a goodybag or allowance? If you are able to as well, see if you can borrow an unlocked or locked to o2 phone to try your sim in to see if it works in there. Check service status in ur area again as they report issues late

@giffgaff My wife’s recurring goodybag failed. Error message says bank declined payment, but bank confirms card is fine and did not decline. Not possible to call (very bad customer service) and agent response takes 24hrs. Meanwhile, my wife cannot use her phone.

@steve228uk @SupercutsUK @ICOnews That might be your service provider. My partner is on Giffgaff and they ban texts to shortcode numbers and I don’t believe offer a way to in-ban sending texts to shortcodes. Assuming, it’s a shortcode number!

@ProfKurtMills Oh dear, Kurt. Please can you check and make sure that the card has not expired, as this would cause the recurring payment to fail - giffgaff Jade

@WobbleBoxers @TrumaUK @giffgaff Thanks, I'm thinking that the battery is knackered then, as used caravan last weekend and was sitting at 13.6v when we left it at storage, it's now down to 11.5v.

@giffgaff My wife’s recurring goody bag failed. The error message claims the bank rejected the charge, but the bank confirms that the card is working fine and did not reject the charge. Not possible to talk with anybody (very bad customer service) and agent response takes 24hrs.

@giffgaff Bitterly disappointed. Ordered a refurbished “as new” black iphone11. Paid £469 upfront. You’ve sent me a red phone with pitted marks down both sides. Please DM me as a matter of urgency.
