@Loudbasket John Lewis sale should start Christmas eve btw, husband works for them and I just checked. My contract is with giffgaff and can't fault them. No wifi calling but I don't miss it, and I pay £10 a month for unlimited calls/texts and 9gb data. Uses O2 service and really reliable.

@giffgaff I’m slightly concerned as I signed in to all of my various accounts including banking etc and set up my iPhone keychain before it powered down. I’m worried that if I send it off someone could access all of my accounts if they replaced the battery as it’s tied to my iCloud account

  • Sam_Cook_1986 Samuel Cook (@Sam_Cook_1986) reported

@JustinList Yep. Then the same masts are handling a maximum number of calls per minute on a ranked network provider basis. Eg one shared mast with 2 cells will be handling multiple networks (who piggy back off the main ones) so O2 will have Tesco, GiffGaff, Sky, Lyca etc

  • am_henderson Al Henderson (@am_henderson) reported

@giffgaff Take that back.. it works now! Is there any way to see both my numbers from the same login?

@girlonabrompton My last phone was a Wileyfox which lasted me 3.5 yrs for £150. GiffGaff is £8 a month and I could cut that down.

@Cex Hi, I have a Moto G6, I'm living in a semi-basement. After a month of trying several service providers (GiffGaff, EE) I found that it works in the kitchen. Some people who have better phones said they get service fine. Do you think if I get a 5G Moto it will work?

  • Rowneyyy Shannon (@Rowneyyy) reported

@giffgaff I send you my phone monday on 24 hour service and still haven’t heard from you. My account won’t let me in any more to ‘chat’. Please help ASAP
