    @virginmedia Hi, my number was ported over from @giffgaff today but now I'm getting 'sim1 not provisioned' message I called virgin customer services and they telling me to call back tomorrow, from past experience porting is usually completed in one day but niw I have no service?

    @crunchy_nougat Because they want to trick you into thinking you are getting a good deal. I stopped buying both together about 4 years ago. Better thing I did. I get my phones from GiffGaff (better price and unlocked) and data-only plans from EE. Never looked back.

    @giffgaff second time this week my signal had dropped out completely. Tuesday was dreadful and I lost hours if connection to phone and internet. So frustrating and embarrassing when I'm trying to teach my class online. Today was 1.5 hrs if no phone or internet. What's going on?
