@adamconder @OllieBrkr @giffgaff I’ve experienced that occasionally on Three also, but I found that restarting my iPhone fixes the problem, so I’m beginning to think it’s actually an iOS issue rather than a problem with the network.

@giffgaff What kind of customer service is this!?! £35 disappears from my disabled mother's account but that's not important enough to deal with now!?!?

@giffgaff Because they don't want to have to have a decent customer service. That have taken £35 from my disabled elderly mother's account and @giffgaff refuse to address it.

@IanTheInventor @giffgaff Where I live, I can only get signal from O2 or EE (Giffgaff runs on O2). I really don't like EE, but may have to make the jump to them, as @giffgaff proved over the past 2 days that I can neither trust, nor rely on them

@WilliamNB @giffgaff They use O2 masts (they are actually owned by o2 iirc). Check their service status in your area

Still no mobile signal where I live, but my phone works fine outside of the area. If course, @giffgaff now claims it might be my SIM card. Even though I told them it works fine outside of the area. FFS. Don't you get tired of being treated like a moron?

@john_thrower @giffgaff am happy with my current provider - have a limited number of options due to coverage issues in my area though. The problem I have is with the phone itself now.

As if I’ve been waiting all day for my doctors to ring me and turns out they did but because giffgaff is owned by O2 and their signal is always awful, the phone call didn’t bloody come through. Love that for me
