@1BenBaller @giffgaff It’s on its way back but why annoyed me was that @giffgaff didn’t seem to care. I was told to contact apple support. Erm no. If I buy a phone then I expect it to work
-
Nathan Lawson (@nathanlawsn) reported from Sunderland Bridge, England
@adamconder @OllieBrkr @giffgaff I’ve experienced that occasionally on Three also, but I found that restarting my iPhone fixes the problem, so I’m beginning to think it’s actually an iOS issue rather than a problem with the network.

@giffgaff Thanks - I realise this and have of course deleted it and blocked the number but it is the amount of these texts which is the issue. Failing to deal with spam texts infiltrating your Network puts your customers at risk. Is this being considered? #giffgaff

@giffgaff getting mega fed up with no service in my own home, four mobile phones all with no service in our home and very bad outside, yet you repeatedly say there’s not an issue, sorry but as of Monday I’m looking for new supplier :( after years :(

James Gibson (@jamesgibson279) reported

@tescomobile Hi. Having a few issues. Moved from Giffgaff who also used 02, had a full very fast 5g signal. Now I have 4g+. I have your 5G sim and everything is tuned on in my phone, I'm lost. I was told I would get the same as Giffgaff because you also use o2. 5g is in my area.
