Is frustrating when are 2 bars of 4G signal on a 5 G phone, and the internet is not working. @VodafoneUK and in the same location is 1 bar signal from 4G phone and the internet at least is moving. @giffgaff

i wonder if there's a market here for a 4th, completely online-only ISP/mobile service provider (no physical stores or call centers) with even cheaper data targeted at younger more tech-savvy audiences similar to giffgaff and voxi

@giffgaff hey when are you going to sort out your help website so I can pass on to someone that whenever I log into your website I get a useless "Internal Error Gremlins" page with no info about what the heck the problem is so I can navigate your very limited options on the site

@timmorgan Hi Tim. Oh dear, that's strange. Facebook wouldn't be blocked on our network. Is this the only website that you're unable to access? - giffgaff Emer.

Hi @giffgaff, I generally think you are great, but surprise enforcing 2 stage authentication to log-in to your website, which requires receiving an email, is not smart. You need data to get to your emails, and an email to top-up your data! This will cause people problems.
