@Dan202338 We're not sure why this would have occurred Robert and we're not aware of any issues. Please try the manual roam provided in the link given previously and then test new phone calls to see what occurs. - giffgaff Jeanette

@romk1n That's strange. We'd recommend trying a different browser and device, to see if the issue occurs again. If so, send us a DM for further help. - giffgaff Jeanette

@z52782 @giffgaff I think it's a very bad business model to use your own customer base to act as voluntary customer service agents having worked in customer service for many years myself. It's bad enough when people are paid.

  • MarvinMoore42 Marvin Moore (@MarvinMoore42) reported

1/2 @giffgaff Hey, i've bought a phone from you and have tried to find a way to contact you, without success. You said i could cancel my goodybag via the dashboard, but i go round in circles....

  • Dan202338 Dan 2023 (@Dan202338) reported

@giffgaff has anyone reported any issues the o2 / giffgaff network in the last half hour ?

  • Happy_Cats2017 Happy Cats 😻😷💙🌍 🇺🇦 Titch 🌈 (@Happy_Cats2017) reported

@NotEnoughTECH I'm on @giffgaff - £6 p.m for unlimited and 2Gb of data and I never run out. Runs on the O2 network so coverage is fine.

  • sp_jimbob JSP (@sp_jimbob) reported

@GazRich88 if you can afford to buy the phones outright, there’s no point being with a traditional carrier anymore - and it works out cheaper across the life of a traditional contract even with that upfront cost. Recommend GiffGaff (o2) or SMARTY (Three) dependant on local signal.

  • Surreylad_1 Dan (@Surreylad_1) reported

@giffgaff I have no phone data or network when not on WiFi.. is the service down?

  • AoSauntonsands RozzieB (@AoSauntonsands) reported

@BorisJohnson @giffgaff please support this for your #Uxbridge staff who live in outer London

  • carinaoreilly Carina O'Reilly 🇺🇦 (@carinaoreilly) reported

@iamhamesh @idvck Giffgaff has very good sim-only deals. I've not paid more than about 8 quid a month for years now. I went down to six quid at one stage.
