    @giffgaff all my calls are going straight to voicemail. The network is clearly down given all the other tweets you are getting on this issue. Why not post a message to state what is wrong and when you estimate it will be fixed?

    Bought a refurbished phone from you @giffgaff in June for £139. It hasn’t been dropped or damaged but there’s no sound now when making & receiving calls and it’s shaky when filming. Repairs will cost £260 and this isn’t covered by my warranty. Really unhappy with this service

    Ordered a free SIM card from @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK to see if the signal is better, according to signal checkers, should be full strength not fluctuating between 1-2 bars @giffgaff, I am less than 100m from a mast……

    @giffgaff customer service is really bad iam new customer my number is not getting activate and i keep email them or message them nobody reply me and the badest thing they charge for 2 gudybags but nothing active and there is no number to contact.....
