    @giffgaff my daughter has spent her savings on refurbished iPhone XS Max from you. Arrived but Face ID is not working have followed all instructions online to reset it but appears to be hardware fault. Very disappointing, please advise on how to get a refund.

    If today, they said Facebook and Whatsapp will never come back, my life wouldn't be demonstrably affected for very long. But GiffGaff would have to rethink my endless free texts and minutes agreement, I'd wager!

    @YardleyShooting @NicolaCairnX @TalkTalk Giffgaff. If they don’t perform, you stop paying and go elsewhere. Deals are good. Piggybacks the O2 network.

    @giffgaff I’ve been with you for years and never considered changing but there are getting to be far too many times when I have no signal! In Blackpool yesterday no signal or so weak I couldn’t even post to faceache
