  @giffgaff I have done. The fact that your customer service takes so long in this day and age is actually an outrage. The last time I experienced customer service like this was in the early 2000s.

  @dbcxptures i've had no issues with voxi and i've been with them for years (it's a little expensive if you want a realistically useable amount of data though, imo, compared to giffgaff for e.g. it's worth it for the consistency in signal/availability though)

  @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.
