@giffgaff Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working. Looks like a phone mast near to you isn't working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are on the case but your service might come and go until we fix it. We'll update you by Friday 12th June 2020. Updated 18:04 (refreshed hourly)

@LindyLoo_Sweet Hi there Linda. It can take up to 24 hours from your port in day for your service to be fully up and running. During this time we recommend that you reboot your phone off and on again a few times, to help speed this up - giffgaff Jade

So I've got a SIM card, activated it, paid a tenner to try it, checked and the payment's gone through BUT, I don't have any service. #giffgaff is as 💩 as @ThreeUK. Don't these 💩 company's want any custom. Off into town tomorrow to talk to a human at #02

@AydinPaladin I don't have a quick-fix to offer you, but I'd suggest picking up a plan from a provider like GiffGaff which allows you to pay month by month. I used that in the UK then just removed my card details when I left. When I go back I can just pay again.

So @giffgaff just took a tenner off me trying to upload a short video which didn't finish uploading before ten pound of credit ran out. Well #giffgaff can füçk right off. Just lost a customer. Crooks.
