    @giffgaff I work in IT, well aware of the do's and don't of spoof messages. I didn't click the link in the message. I instantly went to my PC and went directly to giffgaff via the normal web address and attempted to login, 1/

    @giffgaff is there any service issues in the north east today? Mother's phone is showing as no carrier. Tried her SIM in another phone and it still doesn't work. Can't find anything online to say there's an outage!
