Our engineers are on the case but your service might come and go until we fix it. We'll update you by Friday 12th June 2020. Updated 18:04 (refreshed hourly)

J (@J74309255) reportedTWO weeks ago asked for new SIM card. Still waiting !! GiffGaff said can use any GiffGaff SIM bought from Tesco, Argos etc. Tried one but website says can only use one they have ,apparently, sent !! Rubbish customer service. Beware. BAD company #giffgaff

Rachel Longshaw (@rachierach100) reported@O2 shocking customer service whilst trying to port my 2 kids numbers onto 02 from Giffgaff, took over 30 minutes to try to do 1 & that couldn't be completed as told it wouldn't happen now until Tuesday. Having to call back on Monday to start again! Don't you want new customers
