-
Signius (@SigniusNetworks) reported@Jenny_1884 Dont stress about it @GiffGaff 5G is significantly slower than their 4G. Been like it for years, same on multiple different handsets & waste of time reporting it. Smarty has much better 5G coverage & speeds in my area. But overall 5G is really ****.
-
Point of Entry ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ (@point0fentry) reported@Lairdysnr Left Vodafone for GiffGaff years ago. I'll never go back to a phone contract. Every 5 or 6 years I buy a reconditioned phone (usually from GiffGaff) to replace the current handset.
-
Ry Ry #coyg (@Ry_R0se) reported@giffgaff when will issues be sorted in mk451ph area have no data connection
-
Jason (@jasoneccles) reported@thomasforth I think they are, in a way. This year I made the mistake of moving from O2 to Lebara, because it was cheaper. The signal is terrible, and despite it being on the Vodafone network, I get a โless barsโ than colleagues who are on Vodafone. It seems to me the MVNOs, like Lebara and GiffGaff, are ways of selling less bandwidth for cheaper money.
-
Jo ๐ค (@Joa_Lipa) reported@giffgaff Thank you I have sent a complaint and responded to the previous agent, although itโs taking 24+ hours for a response apparently
