Our engineers are on the case but your service might come and go until we fix it. We'll update you by Friday 12th June 2020. Updated 18:04 (refreshed hourly)

Warning though, they keep their price low by having no tele helpline, but their online help is excellent. Or Tesco, monthly rollover, bit more expensive but there is a tele helpline.

John Woods (@Yorksims) reported@craigy_xo @giffgaff There is no way to switch it off unfortunately,giffgaff have made it compulsory for all members. Not a problem for me but there have been an awful lot of posts in the giffgaff community from members who don't want it.
