    @giffgaff Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working. Looks like a phone mast near to you isn't working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are on the case but your service might come and go until we fix it. We'll update you by Friday 12th June 2020. Updated 18:04 (refreshed hourly)

    @EE poor service again. Just switched mobiles over -4 of them. And within a month prices increase 20%. And this is despite issues moving them and broadband to EE. Several apologies and some money back due to false information and being misled. Then increase! Come back Giffgaff

    @O2 invasive ask your salary when you get a mobile phone contract. I have never had any other service provider do this. If you need access to 02s network without the invasive data collection you can use giffgaff or tesco instead.

    Hey @giffgaff My broadband deal with Virgin ends in April and I really want to jump ship to yourselves. The service checker says I can't get it as you're not in the area but checking my neighbour who isn't with Virgin, it says he can sign up. Please help.

    @imedrichards @TMobile @Mintmobile Giffgaff in the UK, not sure if you have an equivalent over there It's sim only monthly rolling contract so you buy your own phone but then can switch/cancel whenever you want
