@giffgaff Its not confusing, its not clear. The marketing says buy what you need each month. It doesn't state "we will take money each month, unless as a new customer u know to go into your account and remove the recurring goodybag that u don't know we will enable". Back 2 Tesco mobile

If you have a mobile phone contract you are giving money away. Do the math on phone price + a SIM only (such as Giffgaff) and there is always a difference in favour of the Network. Only product/service where you pay extra to be locked into a contract.

@giffgaff 2/ bothering to read what was explained in the previous ticket response & then waiting 24hrs again. If this is not resolved by tomorrow, I will probably be taking my business to another provider with a real tech support system.

@lottyburns @ThreeUK PlusNet works extremely well. Still free roaming. I’m paying just over £8 now for 15Gb data & unlimited minutes & texts. Left GiffGaff as had issues making calls when abroad.
