@RobbieKnox @giffgaff Judging by the way each network dealt with me being scammed into taking out multiple contracts by an old school 'friend', I'd say o2. They sorted it virtually straight away. But as for sim only deals it's hard to say as I've always just upgraded. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

@RobbieKnox @giffgaff I’ve always been with Vodafone. Never had any problems and I can use calls and texts as normal plus 25GB most places abroad.

@giffgaff Hi we know it’s not an issue with our location because I’m on o2 and it works fine. Also we travelled to somewhere else yesterday and had the same issue.

Of course this is a minor problem and I’m lucky to be on hols, but lots of @giffgaff users will be relying on data when in EU and families holidaying using streaming services for kids entertainment or for directions. And it’s wrong of @giffgaff to say ‘just like at home.’
