Several apologies and some money back due to false information and being misled. Then increase! Come back Giffgaff

Greg Sully (@PhattGreg) reported@gingerninja1974 @giffgaff It appears itβs the set up of the phone. Which for a emergency alert seems to be failing! You can only receve it if you enable the function in settings, you can only get it if your using a 4G of 5G signal. Not well thought out plan at all!
