Hi @giffgaff I’m off to @VodafoneUK tomorrow because you changed the rules on roaming and capped my data after I’d left for summer hols. And then refused to help. Just important for firms to know why customers move their business. Also getting a better deal.

@giffgaff is actually such a legend of a mobile phone company. We pay £10 a month for our contracts & are able to cancel any time. That's for 15GB of data, unlimited calls & texts. & under certain conditions, you earn credit - usually when you refer someone. Honestly, amazing.

@giffgaff what’s happening with your online service? Every time I’m trying to access my account it’s saying it’s a problem on your side? This isn’t the first time either, need to access my account
