🇯🇲 ********** VanCarthen 🇯🇲 (@JVanCarthen) reportedI’ll never ******* forget when I first moved her and my dad took me to get a plan (I had my own device) I couldn’t believe it. Going from £15 a month unlimited everything on GiffGaff to $120 with Telus literally brought tears to my eyes.
-
Tim Royds (@timroyds) reportedHow frustrating… 20+yrs as @O2 customer, best deal for me to renew = £15 + annual rises, for new customers £8! So much for looking after customers! @giffgaff @£10 no price increase here I come!! (which is O2 coverage anyhow - but I’ll have more data now!)
-
Amit Desai (@AmitDesai1978) reported2/2 when my friends on @o2 and @giffgaff have signal. Get your act together!
-
Matrix Breaker (@AMH_Andrew) reported@GeoffBuysCars @EE Shocking Geoff. FWIW, I recently bought a GiffGaff SIM card/call plan (uses the O2 network) online with no questions asked - just an email address and card payment needed
-
j8hnb (@j8hnb2010) reported@EE @giffgaff wtf happened to unlimited data goodbag or a plan with unlimed data for pay as you goade it so hard to purchase ffs
-
michael bell (@newcastleguy) reported@giffgaff as gifgaff run on the 02 network has anyone had any problems, network is poor right now, cuts you off while in a call, delayed in connection?
-
MSec (@_msec_) reported@giffgaff My only issue is that I now have to pay for it...
-
Simon Howard (@essjayaitch) reported@AndrewRangerMP I just read your report on mobile coverage in Wrexham. Are you aware that Tesco and Giffgaff both use the O2 network and therefore their performance should be no different? Also, Three and Vodafone customers can now use each others network since they were merged
-
ely (@elyy033) reported@giffgaff I have unlimited data and my bill has been paid, but my data is not working and I have no access to internet
-
G (@esnw33430) reported@valuemanmatt @O2 @Joff_L They decided its fair for you to pay through the nose so other "new customers" have a deal. Like many companies, there is no customer loyalty, they want the maximum money out of you for minimum service. Time to port your number to giffgaff, same o2 network and less money.
