    @DeputyGrocott I got my iPhone 11 from refurbished at giffgaff - no issues, condition is pristine and price reasonable too but I keep checking for best offers so waited a while until I bought #scottish

    @giffgaff can't bring forwards the goody bag renewal or buy credit. Cannot get much-needed data on daughter's phone while she's away. Have tried for 2 days now. Do I just need to find a more reliable service provider? As you don't seem to want our money or custom!
