    @giffgaff I have sent numerous emails. I would like to talk to someone on the phone. It's ridiculous how hard it is to try and resolve a problem with you guys.

    @giffgaff Sat in Motherwell trying to send a watsapp the other day and it wouldn’t even connect. The giffgaff app would even log me in it was so bad.

    Btw does anybody else use @giffgaff I got myself a sim for data while I’m in Scotland and they are dugmeat, so so bad I keep thinking my bundles ran out

    @Jenny_1884 Dont stress about it @GiffGaff 5G is significantly slower than their 4G. Been like it for years, same on multiple different handsets & waste of time reporting it. Smarty has much better 5G coverage & speeds in my area. But overall 5G is really ****.

    Because Giffgaff have way lower outgoings. No high street stores Smaller customer service/payroll Way smaller marketing budget too That is what makes up the bulk of the cost is made up of

    @giffgaff @realNyarime If you want to solve the problem,stop using the template response first.I asked the agent about the PAC refund,and they responded “Upon reviewing your account, our systems confirmed …..”,It’s has nothing to do with my question.

    @giffgaff what is going on with the signal especially the 4g signal in my area of Great Yarmouth?? I can’t make calls and when I go out I can’t get a signal anywhere in town or along the seafront??

    @Iromg Vodafone are expensive and they have the worst reception. Giffgaff use 02, and they're cheap and reliable.
