@girlonabrompton My last phone was a Wileyfox which lasted me 3.5 yrs for £150. GiffGaff is £8 a month and I could cut that down.

@giffgaff Ok, that link worked when I entered one of my member names, and I can login. But the other one isn't working - I changed the password, now I can't log in, the login page just says "oops, something went wrong on our side". Have tried a few times now...

@giffgaff okay cool. The Royal Mail don’t seem to have emailed me after over an hour with the QR code etc (it’s not in spam) - I’m not really sure what I’m supposed to do apart from wait and hope! I realise this is probably a royal mail issue and not giffgaff but it’s a pain

@JustinList Yep. Then the same masts are handling a maximum number of calls per minute on a ranked network provider basis. Eg one shared mast with 2 cells will be handling multiple networks (who piggy back off the main ones) so O2 will have Tesco, GiffGaff, Sky, Lyca etc

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Go Giffgaff monthly contract run off the o2 line. Customer service is an oxymoron with the big companies would sooner buy my own phone and go sim only...had the same problem with EE! Give them a look

@giffgaff my Grandads number should have transferred across at 9pm yesterday but He can’t make calls or text nor anyone him. His no shows in account have reset iMessage and turned on & off several times but nothing is working still is there a problem? I’m GG and mine is working
