    @giffgaff Sat in Motherwell trying to send a watsapp the other day and it wouldn’t even connect. The giffgaff app would even log me in it was so bad.

    @giffgaff I have sent numerous emails. I would like to talk to someone on the phone. It's ridiculous how hard it is to try and resolve a problem with you guys.

    @giffgaff OR YOU WILL EXLAIN WHY OTHER COMPANIES HAVE A EMERGENCY LINE FOR THIS BUT YOU THINK ITS OK TO LEAVE A LOST PHONE UNLOCKED AND A SECURITY ISSIE FOR DAYS.

    @Pogit @giffgaff That consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015) requires you to prove that the problem was down to a fault or issue at the manufacturer, as opposed to wear and tear or misuse. So you need an engineer's report ideally from Apple to prove the phone was faulty when they made it.

    @dmnathan @VOXI_UK Set up account 7 days ago still not able to log in. My advice run away as fast as you can and never look back. Even Giffgaff isnt the incompetent and there run by members if the public.
