  @giffgaff Sat in Motherwell trying to send a watsapp the other day and it wouldn’t even connect. The giffgaff app would even log me in it was so bad.

  @mhewson_MCH @NickOresme @O2 I just switched to Giffgaff, 40gb data, and unlimited calls etc £10 a month on a rolling monthly contract. The 5G has been much more consistent with Giffgaff although it's the same network!!

  @giffgaff Yep ive done all of that, then got the ai bot, asked to speak to a human, and as I was typing out the issue it closed the chat and said you sont have anyone to speak to in person and I had to submit an email form that would be looked at in 24 hours

  @giffgaff hello i am having major issues with bt i am now paying out of contract prices with them and they wont let me cancel my landline unless i renegotiate a contract with them which i no longer wish to do. is there any phone number to talk to someone about a one switch move ?

  Hi @giffgaff can you send me the instructions of how to get a refund from my account credit , unfortunately due to your service not being available to me due a faulty mast I’ve had to change provider , shame because up until then the service was good
