Andy Holding (@ProveIt78) reported@giffgaff Please stop repeating yourself. Why will you not deal with this when you (giffgaff) have looked into other issues relating to inactive accounts via DM? This is a serous issue involving potential fraud.
-
Andy Holding (@ProveIt78) reported@giffgaff And you still haven’t answered my question. This can be dealt with if I DM the details. There are plenty of examples of this. I’ll add your name to my complaint because of the poor way you have handled my concerns.

The Gaffer 🇾🇪 (@GaslightMillie) reported@giffgaff @AshJamIng Since the start, would never go anywhere else
-
Mademoiselle LeVell 3.5% funny ✊🏽 💚 (@Mlle_LeVell) reported@giffgaff Thanks. I’m quite surprised though. This has never happened before and I can’t work out why I’ve suddenly used so much more data. Any ideas? I’m normally at home & connected to WiFi.
-
Matt (@0001Matt) reported@giffgaff Er, no, you misunderstand me. First attempt to change password, locked out of account. Problem your end, not mine.
-
Dave Bladon (@davidbladon) reported@AshJamIng @giffgaff I use one of their SIM deals in my iPad for Spotify etc whilst at work. Can’t fault the price, service and value.
-
Max Lang (@MaxLang36500067) reported@VOXI_UK @giffgaff It seems that Vodafone and Voxi quietly stopped supporting the Virgin London Underground network. Thanks Vodafone
-
Ms. McLoughlin (@MsNMcLoughlin) reported@giffgaff I can’t find the original box to return it, is that a problem? I can send in an iPhone box instead?
-
Andy Holding (@ProveIt78) reported@giffgaff How ironic. A mobile network company that are unable to make calls! And you do deal with inactive accounts on Social Media as I pointed out. So deal with this. Go to the account of Muzamil Mughal, remove my address from his account and cancel the SIM you sent to my address.
-
giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported@MsNMcLoughlin No, that's not a problem at all. You can return the phone in any suitable packaging that you have available, if you no longer have the original packaging. - giffgaff Emer.
