Fair play, when they swing into action @giffgaff customer service are communicative, clear, informed, and helpful. My issue was resolved in a few days, and they even worked on the issue over the weekend.

We live in an age of miracle and wonder! You know that O2 mast @giffgaff said was working perfectly, despite my having no signal at home? Well, they've fixed it, and I have signal again!

@giffgaff 22hrs since I raised issue, still not resolved. 32hrs of no internet/calls/msgs for my my elderly disabled mother ...still not resolved!!!
