@giffgaff Hi I see that O2 are going to be imposing roaming charges. Please see link in Belfast Telegraph. Will this also apply to roaming in Republic of Ireland and specifically, will this also apply to Giffgaff who's network is 02?

  • andy_mallon Andy Mallon (@andy_mallon) reported

@giffgaff I have tried this on another browser, it may be because my address on my bank card has changed and the website doesn't seem to be saving this when i try and update but not sure why paypal is also not working.

@PaulbernalUK Two operators of which I have experience - GiffGaff and Three Ireland - have for years placed a limit on roaming data on plans with very high data allowances. Giffgaff by charging 3.6p per mb over 20gb/m, Three by slowing the data rate right down. It's quite legal under EU law.

  • ZomeDash Levi (@ZomeDash) reported

@Sutoretchii @O2 @SMARTYMobileUK I used giffgaff a few years ago which runs on O2 and it was fine, been using voxi since which is on Vodafone and its great. Tried smarty once, could hardly get a signal anywhere. Awful

Anyone else having terrible signal around Gwent on @EE? The £6 Giffgaff sim I've got in my secondary slot is thrashing it.

  • Photo_Iain Iain J 🇪🇺💙 #StillEuropean (@Photo_Iain) reported

@Red65Dave @RemainingKind @Eddystone506 You know what O2 announced for 2022, in-effect a fair use policy, will actually be cheaper that what Giffgaff already charge EU roaming customers exceeding 25gb. Even EE is just one network of over 60 operators&virtual operators. Get it in proportion.

  • Rozzers87 Rozzers (@Rozzers87) reported

@giffgaff @jakeferg314 Giff gaff Ann kens **** all. Be £2 per mb for data in the Costa del Sol before you know if.

  • franciskerr Frank Kerr (@franciskerr) reported

@BBCNews What else do you expect from BT, absolutely rip off merchants. They took over Plusnet and now they are just as bad as them now. Switch to a Giffgaff or Tesco’s mobile for a far superior customer service.

  • AlertaEstar ❌ Estar Alerta❌ (@AlertaEstar) reported

@giffgaff I've noticed that the request /auth/remember-member/ was successful on the laptop, that's why I can log in. Unfortunately, I still have cache/CORS problem on the mobile phone, maybe it will be fixed automatically after some time.

  • kamsdhillon 23 (@kamsdhillon) reported

@EE when I tether my Android head unit to my phone. I don't seem to be able to use the data on the head unit. How do I fix this. I've tried with a giffgaff sim in my phone and it works.
