@giffgaff I have transferred my number from O2 to Giffgaff. PAC sent and transfer in progress - have ZERO network for last 2 days & ghosted by your CS team. No response on any of my multiple messages and support tickets. Save me from this misery please. Regret switching, shame!

@mylittle1andme Ebay giffgaff sims for as little as 20p. Use once every 180 days to keep it active. Dependant on your phone network lock. Some phones have dual sim slots too.

@O2 I have swapped my giffgaff sim to o2 I have my pac no but the giffgaff sim has cancelled but no service on my o2 sim. How long will this take as I can’t be without a phone I am a carer?
