@giffgaff Hi Hannah, thank you. I use GiffGaff myself, isn’t the goody bag data thing only if you recur your payments? It’s a nice offer but the kids who need the data are the ones whose parents can’t afford to recur, in effect a direct debit - this really doesn’t help the neediest.

@giffgaff Hi, it hasn’t fixed it. I tried another device and got the same error. Is there an email so I can write and sort out the issue I was trying to log in for? Thanks!
