    @MartinSLewis I have broadband & landline, never make calls on this. Only reason for having the landline is poor reception for mobile in the area, landline an emergency system in case assistance needed. Mobile on GiffGaff with unlimited minutes & texts for £6 per month.

    @Raphas_Angel_ Yeah they are clowns at @AskKlarna it doesn't matter how many phones you have had off them and missed no payments. These idiot at klarna don't take that into consideration, just turn everyone down it seems. Time to leave @giffgaff I think.

    @giffgaff have no customer service you can only contact by email if you are locked out of your account. They will NOT help you

    @sososlowly Youngest is on an Giffgaff monthly tariff with no contract and we’ve been pleased - no issues and v reasonable £

    @darkangelazure The symbol showing is the NFC symbol Sophie, which can be turned off within his settings or the pull down options. We'd advise to check the connection settings to ensure roaming data is enabled, as the roaming is showing as on with the R symbol. - giffgaff Jeanette

    @giffgaff Incident: 220723-000351 U R a horrible heartless bunch. Ofcom should expel u from the telecoms market. Words don't fail me when I think of you, you're not worth it! I can see why you are rated as the worst telecom company in the UK. A title u have definitely earned

    Thanks for your advice everyone. It appears that @giffgaff is overwhelmingly the most popular suggestion amongst you, but I still have to pay over £1000 in rentals before I can consider moving from the crooks at @EE. Do any providers help facilitating the move?
