@giffgaff been with you for years. The first time I need help I am having a nightmare. Not being able to speak to someone and having to wait hours to receive exactly the same response I got first time when I need assistance urgently is outrageous.

My @ThreeUK contract ends at the end of this month. Got an email the day before they announced they’re dropping their free roaming trying to convince me to renew. No thanks. I’m off to @giffgaff. I don’t give my custom to companies that fail to keep their word.
