@giffgaff why is it that the data speeds on our network have plummeted in the last few months? My O2 E-sim has exactly the same signal level but works fine. It’s not just my phone but my girlfriends as well and it’s everywhere not just one location.

@carolblackwood Oh dear, Carol. If you aren't able to pass the SIM onto anyone else we would recommend that you hang on to it as a spare SIM in case you have any problems with your current SIM and need a SIM replacement - giffgaff Jade

@1BenBaller @giffgaff Thanks. I know how to block and also I use the unknown number but when you can expect calls from numbers related to business/work these are annoying, you have to call the numbers to check they are genuine. Shame you can’t block all giffgaff numbers as they seem the scam network.

.@giffgaff call service is intermittent in the Meadowbank / EH8 area of Edinburgh. Calls dropping. Presumably related to the weather. Any known issues on your side?
