@giffgaff Unless you have a customer service issue. Absolute worst. 9 days and never once got a real-time chat with ANYONE but got bounced around about 10 different people, sometimes waiting days in between replies... AWFUL

Never buy a phone from @giffgaff folks. My sons been trying to get the faulty birthday phone they sent him fixed for almost a year now and they're still trying to make out it's our fault.

@BeaumontDMD @VodafoneUK Think yourself lucky I've been stuck with EE and a **** signal nearly everywhere I work to a point where I've got myself a giffgaff £6 monthly deal and a cheap phone just so I can be got hold of just incase of an emergency

@JanKay_ @VodafoneUK @GBNEWS Well done Jan I remember a call from Sky when I cancelled after the phone hacking... Poor operator was calling no end doing the same... Never had anything to do with them since I moved to GiffGaff... Essentially O2 network but a lot cheaper and more flexible... Can recommend
