@giffgaff Used to be good but it’s going down hill. They say it community driven but the plans are terrible . Thinking of moving to an other provider .

  • ajmolyneux Adrian Molyneux (@ajmolyneux) reported

@giffgaff having been through an agent I am frankly astonished at the poor service and lack of understanding. The reason is she apparently sent too many text messages but was never warned that this might happen, and nothing in the policies to say what constitutes too many.

  • Laica23 Laica (@Laica23) reported

@giffgaff Could you pass on my words re site stability, I was really hoping he could come home and enjoy his phone, but that's not going to happen now

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@Laica23 You shouldn't face any issues with activating a new SIM on a new account. If it's saying the membername is no longer available, it may be that you've successfully set the account up. Please check your emails for this and the same payment method can be used. - giffgaff Jeanette

Gotta love @giffgaff ‘s help page - our data coverage sucks in your area, so, yeah… use someone’s wifi. So why am I paying you for data??? Got this sim as a trial to see how it went but after the problems on holiday and now no data in the largest city in Scotland… not good.
