    @giffgaff @Ofcom another day and my internet isn’t working, despite me paying £35 for my data plan a few days ago. I’ll be escalating this and putting through an official complaint as it’s unacceptable. I use the internet for work and it’s currently being throttled.

    @giffgaff Yes, I have just raised a complaint in regards to this as it’s unacceptable and I’ve contacted the Ombudsman with regards to this issue as I’m not being able to use the services that I paid for.

    @FelicityCloake @O2 Try GiffGaff - I think they even use the O2 network and are very reliable

    @shima__0309 Hello, When you go abroad, your device will connect to local network providers, so you can carry on using your giffgaff SIM for calls, texts and data. You are entitled to a maximum of 63 days of EU roaming after UK usage is detected in any four-month period. - giffgaff Ann 1/2

    @FelicityCloake @O2 Have you looked at Giffgaff? V reasonable costs, and I've been a customer for years with no issues (one tiny outage in service in all that time)

    @giffgaff been with you since February and ive got to say what an absolute **** show its been ive never had more than 2 bars signal i tried in vain to get this sorted but were now in may and its still the same. Your app is shocking, customer services are even worse
