@VOXI_UK need to complain about your unacceptable service, as I transferred my number from giffgaff since last Wednesday and I have no functioning mobile phone number since and I cannot get anything done from two factor authentication to calling an emergency! Great job Voxi…🤬

After 6.5 dedicated years to the sim and network @giffgaff i broke up with it today. It hurt. But @gifgaff you left me no choice. The last 3 months I have suffered in ordeal I complained and persevered. But nothing changed. The direct debit kept going but all I got was sorry.

Thinking of switching my EE SIM only to GiffGaff cos for £2 more a month I’d save £2 A DAY on roaming when abroad. Anyone on it? Pros and cons? It’s O2’s network isn’t it?
