    what a nightmare i have accidentally let my battery of phone die and then proceeded to lock my sim when i tried to use it again. So i goto GIFFGAFF and try and get a PUK .. and the PUK is not working (maybe cause i am abroad) what a nightmare

    @giffgaff registered a new sim but was not given any option to set a password for the account. Wtf? Managed to reset the mystery password, changed the username but cannot log in with phone number, original user name or the new user name. Useless.

    I am on o2 via giffgaff. I have not received a booster text. People should call up their providers and cancel their contracts if they did receive one.

    @giffgaff Hi Jade, I've been speaking to Giffgaff for 5 days and nobody can activate a sim card for me because I can't remember every single handset I've had for 7 years. Also, nobody can reset my login / password. It's a farce!

    @giffgaff Do you know what forget I even asked I'm going into town to get a SIM from a phone shop. At least if it goes wrong there are people to help. You lot are useless you don't need my money anymore. You owe me but I doubt very much I will get anything back
