    @giffgaff 24 hours per message, with atleast 3 messages each to figure the problem out, thats basically a week... like I said no help atall. Why doesn't the top up phone line not have an option to start you next goodybag early anyway ? Can only do it through the poorly managed website

    @giffgaff Shame its so hard making contact with you. I have blocked all goff gaff payments 3 in all as my sons can’t reset there password and you guys won’t help sent numuores emails to no avail why is it so hard to get any help???????????!!!!!

    @giffgaff hi guys I have been unsuccessful at trying to rest both of my sons passwords it never sends an email for us to do it. I have phoned my bank and blocked all payments from you guys. Why is it so difficult to get help not impressed help me please
