@giffgaff why is the mobile data so slow? It has been terrible for the last month but to not even load up Uber or google is too much. If it isn't resolved you will need to refund me for the monthnof unusable internet.

Help please When I send a text it sometimes days the recipient is offline. But I can call them fine no problems. I would've thought to be offline, that you would have no signal or phone is turned off. Why is this? I'm on Giffgaff and have Android.

@Vodaphone4 never in my life have I been on a network so poor. A year later and still nothing has been resolved. Every week I’m on call or chat complaining about the internet service . ITS SHOCKING Been on giffgaff & EE not a problem. Vodaphone is diabolical. EVERYONE KEEP AWAY!

@giffgaff wasn't confusing when I first applied for the Giffgaff SIM deal. I chose a MB deal and goodie bag for £10 a month. I've had a look at the goodbag deal since raising this problem and know another £10 has left my account. So in two days £30 has left my account. I didn't confirm it
