Dan Richards (@brummy_dan) reported@DanOffTheRadio I was on GiffGaff for a while (swapped to Vodafone to get a new phone on contract) and they were excellent. Coverage was good, plan was brilliant and customer support was spot on.

Dan Hallas (@DanHallas) reported@giffgaff The network's busy because there's mast issues in the area, causing other masts to run at a higher capacity causing strain on the network. I'm less than 50Meters from a mast yet I can't even get a 4G signal?? When are these going to be rectified? Its been on-going for months now
