@granth1974 With any network, the network itself is not guaranteed to be fault free, and sometimes issues occur, or upgrading work needs to be completed, which can cause the service not to work as it should be. We do appreciate that it's inconvenient for you at present. - giffgaff Jeanette

@adamskiodp @Yorksims @giffgaff No, I had several text conversations and calls using the WiFi here. There is no signal so everything was done on WiFi and the people I was communicating with were not using WhatsApp.

@KieranCairns @giffgaff Which is why my very first question was whether I moan to O2 and giffgaff. Tbh it's irrelevant who they use. I purchase airtime from giffgaff. It's giffgaff responsibility to me as a customer to tell me what is going on. If they can't do that they should escalate to o2
