Catch22 Forgot @giffgaff password. Set up new password form SMS link. Tried logging in with Username & Password (carefully) then mobile number & password on desktop and mobile Cleared cache, tried a gain. Locked out 30 min All GiffGaff contact requires login Catch 22 What Next?

@tescomobile I left EE for this reason after 15 years As a customer. Been at @giffgaff for the last 5 and never looked back. Always felt cheated by a mid contract price increase so good on you. @EE would never do business with you again.

@toddbridgland @giffgaff Same thing happened to me. I topped up £15 of credit and realised I needed to buy a goodie bag, then I did. £12.. then after an hr I get a message saying both goody bag and credits was down to 0 but both amount came out of my account.
