It feels like a lot longer, it:s incredible value for money and swapping over was one of the best things I ever did... If it was within 14 days you can defo cancel penalty free as that's within the cooling off period. Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

Giffgaff runs smoother. For what I use it for anyway. That 6 quid extra is honestly whatever.
