@giffgaff Exactly. The customer service could be better. But with everything what is happening now, you can’t have too much. Thank you. I hope get it solved.

Congrats to @giffgaff. Had a customer support issue and fixed immediately. I wish other telcos were as responsive and supportive. 👏👏👏

@Yorksims @giffgaff Sorry I should have qualified. Network isn’t really an issue, more the roaming pricing. My daughter has a 5 month study abroad in Paris and @GiffGaff treat her as a permanent overseas resident which is unaffordable.

@giffgaff Oh great thanks so I don’t need to cancel it. I just won’t insert into a phone as it won’t be needed. Thanks

@giffgaff please can you sort out my signal, now on day 2 of no signal and I need to receive a text to be able to log into an online account

  • alehins
    Aleksejs Sazonovs (@alehins) reported

Got two scam texts about energy cost support within the same day. Given the real forthcoming payment and the anxiety of missing out on it, I imagine they are relatively easy to fall for. @giffgaff and @O2 really need to do better </preachy>
