All the lights flickered & then our local neighbourhood had a power outage. Lasted about 4mins but local WAN seems to be down for multiple ISPs/methods... (Virgin broadband/EE 4G/Giffgaff(O2) 4G). Interesting breakage! ⚡

So apparently I've been with @giffgaff for 8 years! It feels like a lot longer, it:s incredible value for money and swapping over was one of the best things I ever did... I need the price of phones to go down so I can buy a new one, would never consider a contract! No need to!

@EE This is some bull indeed. I use @giffgaff (O2) and my husband is on EE. We live in central Birmingham. His service is consistently terrible, whether at home in Edgbaston or in the city centre, or at work in N Birmingham, to the point where he's now leaving to switch to Giffgaff.

@geordiechris48 Hi Chris. Unfortunately, we do not support eSIM's at the moment. The best advice is to always keep an eye on the giffgaff community, because if we ever decided to support eSIM's, then it would be announced there first - giffgaff Nicole

@giffgaff I haven't had any service since 19 Feb, the day after stormy weather. Having looked on your website, the only message is that a mast in my area isn't working fully. You've now charged me for a new goody-bag, but I have had no service for a third of Feb. Refund? Service?
