It feels like a lot longer, it:s incredible value for money and swapping over was one of the best things I ever did... Char 💜 (@char86) reported@giffgaff Yep ive done all of that, then got the ai bot, asked to speak to a human, and as I was typing out the issue it closed the chat and said you sont have anyone to speak to in person and I had to submit an email form that would be looked at in 24 hours
