Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

It feels like a lot longer, it:s incredible value for money and swapping over was one of the best things I ever did... heilier (@HHeilier) reportedAfter reviewing my complaint, giffgaff has officially refused to reinstate my number and has also refused to refund my remaining balance, including the £10 I topped up shortly before my account was disconnected. I understand that operators have roaming policies, but I believe customers should receive a clear warning before being allowed to top up if their account is already at risk of disconnection. Losing both the service and the newly added credit feels unfair. They also advised me to request a PAC within 30 days if I want to keep my number. Has anyone else had the same experience with giffgaff? I'd be interested to hear how your case was handled. #giffgaff #Roaming #ConsumerRights

So, signed back on to 'O2-4G' Network, & tried sending myself a Text, as I have before, but only get the 'Sent' version show up.
