    @giffgaff 10 minutes ago. It told me the page went down and to try again or contact server. I tried again - no luck and now my phone hasn’t got any signal

    Hi @giffgaff my partner has just transferred her GG SIM card to a new iPhone, it’s now asking her to activate the sim and she can’t access her goodybag account, She’s been using the same sim for the past 2 years, any idea on how to fix this?
