So considering going on a dumb phone for everyday use fed up with distractions of a smart phone during my daily life, tried the new Nokia 6310 but the network three sim doesn't work as it's only 2g phone altho works on the o2 and giffgaff sim which is o2 really

@giffgaff hi, the app won't let me sign in to purchase a new goodybag. Can you assist? I'm getting "oops something went wrong our end"

  • CammieRacing Cammie Racing (@CammieRacing) reported

@iChlxe7 @giffgaff Shouldn't have any bearing on its ability to pick up a signal? My neighbours iPhone XR fairs no better on O2 but it's the same network GG uses.

@emmasant35 We're not sure why this would be Emma. Data is charged at 10 pence per MB when roaming, so if you've been streaming, downloading, or data running in the background, this can bring your credit down. Have you contacted our agents regarding your credit dropping? - giffgaff Jeanette

  • Fendibloom_ Brown sugar X (@Fendibloom_) reported

@kathleengough @giffgaff I’m having the same issue, did you get this sorted

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@kathleengough Oh no. Please ensure you are using the correct membername and password to log in Kath. Try using your mobile number instead of your membername and vice versa. If you still face issues, try using a different browser and device. - giffgaff Jeanette

@JessicaNellH Yeah that's awful, I bet any of their competitors in the UK could do better than that. Although avoid Tesco Mobile and GiffGaff as they're the same company.

  • Mainline421 JC  (@Mainline421) reported

@giffgaff how do I cancel/forfeit a goodybag? I need to start a fresh one to get another 5GB EU roaming

  • MartyHopkirk2 Marty Hopkirk (@MartyHopkirk2) reported

@giffgaff We have indeed and have been told if we ask the bank to cancel/reverse the chargeback only then would the block be lifted. However until we determine if the overcharge was/was not a fault of Giffgaff then they do not want to do this.
