@simon_euro Giffgaff use the O2 network (and, last I checked) are owned by O2 (to some extent). Somehow, they've got quite a different corporate culture, though.

@lewi_38 Hi Lewi. We're really sorry to hear that. Please try clearing the cache and cookies on your browser, and then try purchasing the phone again. If you do have the same problems, we would recommend trying that out using another internet browser or device. - giffgaff Emer.

@giffgaff hi giffgaff, as a long term user of your network could you just explain to me and others why you have refused to help out with contributions of complementary data/data plans for poorer children who are desperate for data so they can keep up with their lessons from home?

  • lewi_38 Lewi Wilkinson (@lewi_38) reported

@giffgaff Hello mate, I've tried on my old android tablet and I'm getting the same (or similar) problems. It's your website I think. Sorry

@giffgaff when will people actually be able to send/receive data or make a call via your service on 5G in the #UK ?

  • khalid22saeed Khalid (@khalid22saeed) reported

@godsownrube @giffgaff It eventually went through about an hour after I DM’d @giffgaff. They might offer good packages but customer service doesn’t exist. Infuriating. Good luck

@Outside_Margina I have been with Giffgaff for over ten years. So long as you buy a "Goodybag bundle" each month, the majority of your calls won't cost. Though if you are on Three at the moment, have a look at "Smarty", which uses the Three Network. I'm trying them out now.

@DickieMeaden I recently switched from O2 to GiffGaff, signal quality has improved and I've saved a fortune...

@giffgaff I've been with you for over three thousand days and now I want to change my membername. Can you arrange that or do I have to go to another network?
