Hi @giffgaff I’ve just arrived in Ireland today and now when I turn on my data nothing appears as well as the home page of the app not working, despite a message on arrival saying it will work just like uk, what can I do?

@giffgaff how do I contact you to make a complaint?! I’m not a customer, but I am getting 3-4 SIM cards under fake names a day at my address!!! I post back but it’s non stop

@jchannon Ensure any texts you're receiving are from DPD themselves, and not from a mobile number showing a DPD link. As long as you are able to see the phone is due to arrive today, you should have no issues receiving both today. - giffgaff Jeanette

.@giffgaff I'm very annoyed by this, you added insignificant information in the body of the email but you expect people to follow a link for the more important information. You've lost a loyal customer.

  • mikekmale Uncle ******** (@mikekmale) reported

@giffgaff Yeah, I closed all apps. I only used WhatsApp, bbc sport and weather and closed the lot. Never mind eh.

Hey @O2 I'm currently a @giffgaff customer but there EU roaming policy is terrible. Is it true if I'm a @virginmedia customer, I'll get double data and 25gb roaming when on holiday in the EU?

  • petecarson pete carson (@petecarson) reported

@Kearney96 it's weird how plusnet and giffgaff tried that route to be more relatable using the north instead of using southern english voices and instead what happened was i came to resent the north as a whole new customer service enemy

Trying to manage parents' mobile phone accounts on giffgaff with two-factor authentication is an absolute nightmare of emails and texts and phone calls across multiple devices. Definitely going to find a better solution to this...
