@Evetsskoorb @GeorgeMonbiot Listen, I love Giffgaff but maybe this isn't the time to be plugging another service.

  • xjessliux 𝓙.𝓛 (@xjessliux) reported

Switched to @giffgaff and after a month, it’s time to switch again. The service/connection is worse than my previous provider.

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@7771Jake @giffgaff Then the seller needs to contact giffgaff because only the person that reported the phone lost/stolen can request the IMEI bar to be removed by the network that barred it for them. So if they reported it lost/stolen then only they can have the bar removed.

@giffgaff This is the issue. I need to get this resolved now. Sending chats and waiting 24 hours for a message to resolve an issue on your side isn’t ideal. Is there a contact number I can call instead?

  • PaulDaly_ Paul Daly (@PaulDaly_) reported

.@giffgaff I bought an iphone and my data is not working as it should. I’ve reset my network settings and it’s still not working as it should be. Is there a customer service # I can contact? Waiting hours for a reply every time I send a message to resolve the issue isn’t ideal.

@munyachawawa @giffgaff Please can you fix the issue I've been begging you to fix for 5 days now?????

  • kksinn ... (@kksinn) reported

@giffgaff It isn’t a problem with my bank. I’ve confirmed this with them. Also when I’ve asked a family member to try on a laptop with a different card, the same issue occurs so it is obviously a problem on your end.

  • Tim_Harris8 Tim Harris (@Tim_Harris8) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I know this won’t help with what has happened with all these truly awful stories but I stopped paying for a contract years ago. Swapped to @giffgaff who have been brilliant. I’ve never looked back, I’d urge everyone to swap to a rolling monthly contract instead.

  • 7771Jake Jake-777 🙂 (@7771Jake) reported

@giffgaff I believe the network was giffgaff at the time, (Sorry a bit complicated) and insurance wasn’t involved as the item was recovered at the airport!

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@7771Jake Hi Jake. If the phone has been blacklisted, you'll need to speak with your network provider that would have blacklisted the phone upon replacing your SIM. If you've went through your insurance company, they may be able to remove this. - giffgaff Jeanette
