@giffgaff I’m a CEV secondary school teacher, massive BT outage in my area so no way to set work or teach my lessons tmw. I have a giffgaff sim in a mifi router - bought a goodybag about half an hour ago. No signal.

It’s on the BT page.O2, giffgaff etc have it on their service status, yet Sky insist they know nothing.I don’t want to play the ‘I’m a clinically extremely vulnerable keyworker’ card but..! Seriously, sort it out sky!You’re a comms company!
