    .@giffgaff have generally been good (10 years+ a subscriber). For the past few days, I have been unable to send texts from my UK number. I had to go onto a forum to diagnose what I thought was a device problem. Reset my network settings (no help). And then back to the forum to find a coverage map. Ideally, giffgaff would send alerts to impacted areas so we are aware with this information. And, with connectivity being fundamental to everything we do in the digital world, communication should be treated as high priority as a burst water pipe or gas leak. This is why community-owned networks are so crucial. There is an extra level of care and concern when the issue directly impacts you.

    .@giffgaff Why o why do I pay you £25 per month O yes so I don't get a ******* Signal So I can set things up on my phone 🙃 O **** maybe I should go with Smarty because maybe ill get a better ******* network single the the monthly charg o yer BN1 9GA Useless!

    Hi @giffgaff can you send me the instructions of how to get a refund from my account credit , unfortunately due to your service not being available to me due a faulty mast I’ve had to change provider , shame because up until then the service was good

    @giffgaff Never have I seen such an appalling system I wasted many hours the question was ,my SIM card hasn’t arrived ?you could not, would not and did not reply or deal with it , I have now cancelled .

    @giffgaff hi, im having trouble with network. I ca get online but streaming is very poor and cannot make or receive calls. I have switched on and off, call settings are all on/the right settings. Please help
