After the NIGHTMARE of buying a phone from @giffgaff (2 with faulty batteries, 1 scratched up) I'm sorry I ever left @tescomobile, will you have me back? Your lack of calls over Wifi seem like a mild problem to have compared to dealing with GiffGaff.

Yet again bloody @giffgaff has STOLEN the credit on my sim card because it's my spare phone that I don't use often. When it's an emergency and I need it, they let me down. I hate GiffGaff. This sim card is getting binned

@TSB my 8 year old son is receiving repeated text messages from TSB about a stranger's bank account entries to his watch. Can you please help stop these messages please. Or @giffgaff might you be able to block these texts please? Thanks, Alan

  • EscapeToWhere Escape (@EscapeToWhere) reported

@VodafoneUK No bother - I’ve switched to GiffGaff. I seem to run in to endless problems with your PAYG. Bundles renew automatically by charging your card and not dependent on how much credit there is on the account. Switching bundles looks far easier. And £15=25GB data.

  • janothomson Jane Thomson (@janothomson) reported

@giffgaff I’ve just returned to UK after a few years in Australia. I’d like to return to your network with my old number on prepaid service. Is this possible? Cheers Jane 🙏
