    @wife_squirt You must help you father remember his email address then soi he can reset his password and log in as you have said yourself that he does not have the info he's required to provide for UK GDPR laws. So you must help him access his account via his email. - giffgaff Gavin

    @skelpitheid @SSalyers2 I purchased two from Amazon and i use Giffgaff SIM as my internet supplier....never had a problem. If you go for the model ' Poco ' , super fast and reliable.

    @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.

    @JBR___ Hi JBR. We appreciate that this is frustrating. When dealing with the HelpBot you need to ensure to follow the prompts and reply fully, or else the bot will be unable to identify your issue and be unable to connect you to an agent - giffgaff Hannah

    @dbcxptures Been with Giffgaff for ever. Never had an issue. Never had a price increase either.
