    @scotdiscovered Hi Lyndsay. Our engineers have found an issue with a mast, and we’re organising specialist equipment to come and do the repair. Until we're finished, you might have some trouble with your calls, texts and data, sorry. We will update you by Friday 18th March - giffgaff Nicole

    @neslurt It could also be that there is an issue with the mast in that area, and it hasn't been updated yet. We would recommend that you check and re try the troubleshooting steps tomorrow, and see how you get on. - giffgaff Tasbiya

    @Tommo127 That's not good to hear, Sean. If your service improves whenever you're outside of the building, then it may be a factor inside the building causing the problem. Your services can affected by local factors including buildings, trees and even weather conditions. - giffgaff Emer.
