@tescomobile @AnnReyn75876642 Tesco don't have a "physical" network, Tesco mobile is just rebranded O2, same as giffgaff, same as sky mobile.

@beesinateacup Hi Lorna 😞 Was the phone purchased from O2 directly, or Giffgaff? if the phone was purchased from us, but the Giffgaff sim works in it, this would mean the phone is unlocked, as it wouldn't work if the phone was locked to O2, even though they use our network.

Worst support I have ever seen. No customer care. @giffgaff doesn't have any medium of communication where you can get any help on emergency. DO NOT USE @giffgaff , Giving suggestions based on experience.

@giffgaff your app bug is still there. I pay for a Goodybag, the confirmation wording says new Goodybag starts on 23rd April. When I look on my account it says, correctly, the Goodybag starts on 23rd March. Reported this many times. Plse don't ask for more info. But plse fix it.

Please get a move-on and fix the mast @giffgaff and @TheO2 network and I'm trying to run a business here! We've had no phone signal for over a week now at HX63ED. While you're at it, improve what was there to a better all-round signal. Thank you

@ADCARTATTACK I'm still confused as to why people still use contracts. I've never spent more than £250 on a phone and have a giffgaff sim with a £10 golden goodybag. I usually change my phone every 2-3 years so I just start again with saving the £250 I'd spend on a phone.
