    @giffgaff So gutted, got my iPhone 6s refurbished like new and the battery won’t retain its charge! I want to know if I ask for a replacement and I have another problem and it needs to go back, can this returned for a refund? Not sure I’ll do this though as might happen again!

    @giffgaff I’ve added a goody bag to a phone as it’s lost I need to be able to track it on find my iPhone so I needed data, and it still says offline. Can you help please

    I am in the process of terminating my domestic ISP contract early on the grounds of unreliability and continuously slow speeds. I've returned to mobile broadband. Get a phone that can work as a wi-fi hotspot or a cheap mobile router, plus a SIM from Smarty or Giffgaff.
