Rambling Rosey (@child2mann) reported@MarinaPurkiss @EE Sign up to Martin Lewis' MoneySavers website and get his weekly email full of latest offers and practical help similar to Which but free. EE has bad customer service. I have a SIM from GiffGaff that costs me £10 a month but I am a light user

michael bell (@newcastleguy) reported@giffgaff as gifgaff run on the 02 network has anyone had any problems, network is poor right now, cuts you off while in a call, delayed in connection?
-
Stephane (@ptitstef1) reported@giffgaff Hi, any explanation why Jersey is not included in your goody bags/roaming ? I'm there for the weekend and it doesn't work. My partner on O2 (Giffgaff uses its network) and it's included. Thx
-
Xynthymr (@Xynthymr) reportedI've been an @O2 customer for over 20 years, but these latest mid-contract price hikes are unsustainable. Only reason I even have a SIM is because of 2FA, otherwise I would go SIM-free Wi-Fi only. I'll probably be switching to @giffgaff or @LebaraMobileUK soon. Well done, #O2!
-
G (@esnw33430) reported@valuemanmatt @O2 @Joff_L They decided its fair for you to pay through the nose so other "new customers" have a deal. Like many companies, there is no customer loyalty, they want the maximum money out of you for minimum service. Time to port your number to giffgaff, same o2 network and less money.

Mark 🐈⬛ 🐈⬛ (@TheBossnME) reported@virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica Virgin Media are 💯 with prompt online support. Always have been. I'm not sure any of the others will reply, at all...
-
Matrix Breaker (@AMH_Andrew) reported@GeoffBuysCars @EE Shocking Geoff. FWIW, I recently bought a GiffGaff SIM card/call plan (uses the O2 network) online with no questions asked - just an email address and card payment needed
-
james gmail (@jamgmail83959) reported@giffgaff Accidentally signed for 18-month contract on 13/3/26. Router with SIM off since 17/3 for some months, so this contract is hardly useful!. I wish to cancel under my 14-day statutory right to cancel please. How? No email, phone contact, agent does not allow questions.
-
giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@TimLinkin It can take up to 24 hours for an agent to get back to you, but it is usually a lot sooner than that. One of the team will be in touch as soon as possible to help. - giffgaff Ann
