@giffgaff Obviously if I’m writing is because that wasn’t possib, HOW I’m gonna cancel DD with my Bank if I have 3 DD from GiffGaff n ONLY 1 is the one I want to stop? Other 2 numbers are perflectly in use. I gave the Phone numb I want to stop, YOU GUYS should know the DD associated to!

@giffgaff If I’d be able to SEE in my statements GiffGaff DD and the number which that payment goes to, it would be EASY, BUT IF I HAVE 3 DD ONLY SAYING GIFFGAFF, How I’m gonna know? I can’t track the date I purchased that Sim, HELP.

@dexychik Yup - you'd think for something that important... Worth looking into giffgaff for their service too - £6 a month gets you free texts and calls (mostly - obvious exceptions apply) and 500mb (iirc) of data. And it's month to month, so you can cancel whenever without penalty.

I’m gonna leave giffgaff as soon as I get home - £10 per month is great but you never have ******* signal!

@Inthedin1 @Yorksims @giffgaff Even if giffgaff had WiFi calling when they first stated, they definitely didn’t support it a year ago. Is it possible that you were using an app such as iMessage/FaceTime/WhatsApp of similar rather that actual Wifi calling/Volte?

@thealso @giffgaff At least you get to use it overseas. @ThreeUK shafted me recently. Didn't know you had to let them know. Using wi-fi and Twitter they said they were going to TEXT me a password for the website. I HAD NO NETWORK! Got the password when l returned to the UK. It didn't work.
