    @pip_mouse @TourGuideTed The O2 network also used by companies such as Tesco mobile, Giffgaff, Sky and of course Virgin and O2 are now part of the same company.

    @giffgaff YES IT IS. 3G HAS NEVER STOPPED ME STREAMING VIDEOS. YET YOUR SUPPOSED CAP ON 4G HAS STOPPED AND AS IT HAS BEEN 24 HRS, YOULL BE CHARGED LOSS OF USE

    @giffgaff BUT I WANT EITHER MY MONEY BACK OR 3G INTERNET. I HAVE 3G SOME AREAS AND IT USE TO WORK FINE. NOW ITS COMPLETLY BROKEN. I TOLD YOU THEY HAD AN HR FROM 8 AND THEYVE IGNORED ME STILL
