@katfpoole Okay, thanks for clarifying that for us Kat. Normally it can take up to 24 hours for your services to resume as normal after a number transfer. Are you having any issues with your calls or texts? - giffgaff Nicole

@lrl014 @giffgaff Hi. Yes you can. You are allowed 20gig max data usage per goodybag in a 63 days period. Dont buy a goodybag bigger than 20GB for EU/EEA usage. Reason is after 20GB data will cost 0.36p/MB and u’ll still not be able to start a new goodybag early until it’s down to 100 MB or below.

In area where cellphone coverage is v patchy. Yet today I got automated scam call claiming to be Inland Revenue & telling me to dial 1 & speak to advisor. This is organised crime & network providers who allow this should have license revoked: looking at you @giffgaff #phone #scam

@SFabiani67 Order a sim card from giffgaff. I pay £6 a month (to keep my Brit phone #). I change sim card at airport before I fly out, when I land, all set. Various plans for more minutes/data & I upgrade when I travel. Always have internet access. Cancel when you're done with service/#.
