Why fix something that isn't broken?? Far too slow, overly "personal", and in my face. Voicemail is a deal breaker for me. Total giffgaff(e).

Had issues with a surburban area yrs ago where there was no signal etc not sure if there can be blind spots between masts. It could also be something in the construction/materials of you're home. Sounds crazy I know but possible
