Paul Crompton (@major_rawls) reportedHi @giffgaff I’ve misplaced my iPhone… it needed upgrading anyway… so I got a new one from you and a new sim. But… I can only set up my new iPhone if I have my old iPhone to hand… the set up asks me to input a code sent to my old phone by text. Can you help? I’m stuck.

giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported@Nazaroth You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions. Whenever you're asked for an incident number, you can select 'I don't have an incident number', and then 'Make a complaint' to continue. – giffgaff Ann. 2/2

vaccinated worm🐛 (@RogueWolfIII) reported@jaffameister I'm also on giffgaff and I've been getting a lot of spam lately, been with them a while now & it tends to come in waves, best advice is to just swear loudly and then spam the * key before you hang up, dunno if it actually works but it feels better at least lol

Apollonia #WomanTM (@apple_got) reported@giffgaff For 3 months now I've had issues obtaining my goody bag. Today I spent £40 to top up for a £20 goody bag. Clearly this will be my last month using you, I'm seriously disappointed with you.

Buxton The Red (@BuxtonTheRed) reported@oliviasolon Might be worth looking at Giffgaff, Voxi and Smarty. They're in-house "budget-MVNO" brands owned by the network they're on (O2, Voda and Three, respectively). All PAYG with auto-renew options, perhaps more convenient than a contract?
