    @BowfinArse @giffgaff @O2 Can't send them either. Apparently WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram and down too.

    @giffgaff Ahh it must just be mine then 😣 having broadband issues also so maybe that's why it wouldn't connect, I turned WiFi off then WhatsApp Facebook or insta wouldn't work so I assumed it was my data 🙈 sorry x

    Wish I'd switched from @EE to @giffgaff sooner. I was paying so much (also being skanked) and now GG are soooo lush and seem to increase my data at no extra cost. Saving money & can cancel at any time. LOVE THEM. Loathe EE.

    Wtf is going on. I know Facebook n that is down. But Hyperoptic broadband aswell. My Giffgaff keeps losing its connection. Even my sister's Virgin media is down. Who broke the internet?????

    See I'd have no issues with #Whatsapp being down if it wasn't for the fact #giffgaff also won't let me send texts! Recieving but not sending them...what an earth is going on?

    @giffgaff Just don’t expect any customer service. Giffgaff agents gave me incorrect information after my SIM was lost. Rather than apologise just fobbed me off & when I said I wasn’t happy sent me a PAC code link to get my 4 accounts transferred elsewhere! “Got a complaint - well f**k off”
