    @O2 there seem to be issues with my 4g connection and my partner's 4g connection – I'm on O2, he's with Giffgaff. Have been experiencing dips since yesterday. Are there general issues across the network at the moment, or are we isolated cases? Cheers

    @giffgaff my number has been locked off emergency calls only I can log in I’ve been messaging since 3pm still no reply I have a sick mother who I can’t get in contact with! Can someone please help me or I’ll move to another network

    @giffgaff I’m sorry but you can’t tell me when my number is going to be back on! I have a really good number and I am afraid the number has been stolen! Nobody can help me all I’m getting told is there is work going on but my wife’s on giff gaff and her number is fine !

    @O2 still no explanation for why even though i have unlimited data i am unable to use any data at all. Working from and lockdown with no wifi and data. Costing me a fortune topping up my wifes giffgaff!!! Can anyone in o2 help?
