@Walkabout24 Yes it is a problem. I only have a Giffgaff phone. No computer, no TV, no internet. My phone is ok, but cuts out mid call. Try telling that to consultants who think everyone has good internet etc. I told the last one see me face to face or not at all.

@giffgaff I tried this many times, it takes a long time to connect to any of the networks, and when I do, the connection stays for only a few minutes and I'm left with 'emergency calls' only again. So, unfotunately, this doesn't help. I also tried to turn off and on my phone many times..

@giffgaff Hi Jeanette. We have done this but her credit will run out extremely quickly for data usage. Please can you help by using the credit I have topped up to purchase a goodybag? As you can imagine this is very stressful to sort out when we cant see her in person.

@giffgaff Hi! I'm abroad since Dec and the last few weeks there is barely any signal at all, I can't call or use internet (out of 9GB I purched, I only used 342MB, because nothing is working)... It's almost always on "emergency calls" only, please help with the issue!

@giffgaff quick question, why would I buy a £10 goodybag that has 6gb of data, when I could buy a £10 golden goodybag that has 9gb data? I don't have a 5g phone so does this golden one support 4g use?

@giffgaff I can’t do this as I’m not a member. Nor do I have an incident number. I’ve just tried.

@giffgaff Thanks Ann, it's already on it's way back cheers. The fault with this one is that the microphone doesn't work. So you can't make calls/facetime anything really. You would think that would be part of the full testing procedure to be honest.
