@EE if your network is best in UK as you claim, why does my wife’s phone display a G or H with your SIM card, but a 4G with Giffgaff ? We live just a few miles from Oxford city centre so we are not in the middle of nowhere.

Yet another terrible experience with Santander. This year alone they have lost me my Giffgaff phone by blocking payment as opposed to querying an overpayment. (Giffgaff retaliated by locking the phone permanently, so that thousands of photos and years of writing were lost).

@giffgaff getting terrible service so far. Chose to recycle my old phone with yourselves as a reputable company, however have reduced the offered price due to a crack on the back… the phone was in impeccable condition and sent with a case to ensure no damage on the journey.

@sudamericanas That's odd. Try logging in with your mobile number instead. If the issue persists, try a different browser and device to get logged in. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff signal very poor recently (Bude area) on both our phones - seems to date back to the storms last month. Please advise.
