    Hi @giffgaff We purchased an IPhone XS Max 2.5yrs ago for £1300 it now has a carrier update fail message @AppleSupport have looked at the phone and advised it should be replaced but as it was purchased through yourselves it should be done via you and consumer protection laws.

    @Yorksims @giffgaff Even when service is supposedly good and coverage shows good, reception is flaky, especially indoors. I'm going to raise a support ticket

    @KieranCairns @VodafoneUK As giffgaff rode piggy back on O2 I expect a superior service from Vodafone who claim to have the greatest coverage and best network

    @1BenBaller @giffgaff S29 provisions of service p1-7 it's telephone communications company you don't need a call centre to make a call to a vunerable disabled customer who uses phone to communicate with the world! Maybe educate yourself on the law it's there to protect us all ignorance no defense!
