@lewi_38 Hi Lewi. We're really sorry to hear that. Please try clearing the cache and cookies on your browser, and then try purchasing the phone again. If you do have the same problems, we would recommend trying that out using another internet browser or device. - giffgaff Emer.

@samuelaled @ThreeUK If I’m not mistaken, only EE & O2 support it - & this excludes MVNOs on their networks like Giffgaff too

  • RedhillsAnnie Pauline Lomax (@RedhillsAnnie) reported

@PaulMatthews67 Perhaps @giffgaff could help with data ? They have a reputation for being ethnical and generous!

@giffgaff hi guys, trying to activate a SIM but the website/app won’t let me login with my new member details. Can you help please?

@giffgaff How do I cancel an order I just placed? There are no options

  • DavidPaulStocks David Paul Stocks (@DavidPaulStocks) reported

If anyone is trying to help an isolated elderly person get setup with a new mobile phone during lockdown, avoid @giffgaff. One month of admin and 2 broken devices received in a row with no attempt to make it right. Brands will be remembered for how they behave right now.

@Outside_Margina I have been with Giffgaff for over ten years. So long as you buy a "Goodybag bundle" each month, the majority of your calls won't cost. Though if you are on Three at the moment, have a look at "Smarty", which uses the Three Network. I'm trying them out now.

  • Preshtremel Creed not drago (@Preshtremel) reported

Anyone having problems texting with O2 or Giffgaff?

  • lewi_38 Lewi Wilkinson (@lewi_38) reported

@giffgaff Laptop worked, it's your mobile site that has problems. I was denied anyway. Apparently my credit check wasn't good enough to pay £5 a month. Ridiculous

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@jamesmitchell09 We're glad to hear that you've now been able to log in successfully, James. The SIM swap can take up to 24 hours to complete, however we would recommend restarting your phone periodically during this time, as this would normally help. - giffgaff Emer.
