Hi @giffgaff We purchased an IPhone XS Max 2.5yrs ago for £1300 it now has a carrier update fail message @AppleSupport have looked at the phone and advised it should be replaced but as it was purchased through yourselves it should be done via you and consumer protection laws.

@giffgaff No never been a giffgaff member. He has now received an email saying the sim has been activated with mobile number and order ID. The email address is missing part of husbands email so not sure what is happening

They thought we was a fake ‘network’ and tried joining 02 on the sand which is why giffgaff was developed but then things tuck a turn for the worst and they tuck it over, it’s a big network connected to real tech…
