Hi @giffgaff We purchased an IPhone XS Max 2.5yrs ago for £1300 it now has a carrier update fail message @AppleSupport have looked at the phone and advised it should be replaced but as it was purchased through yourselves it should be done via you and consumer protection laws.

@scottjlawson +1! It sucks that by default, as a customer, we have to waste time swapping suppliers. I'd prefer to pay a bit more and get a steady fair price. GiffGaff seemed to solve this for mobile usage in the UK.

@ThreeUK you’re ******* trash i’m moving to giffgaff i’m so sick of having to wait ******* 30 mins every time to refresh ur dogshit app just to see how much data i have left on my 4gb plan because that’s all i can get for a tenner when i’m poor. do better ffs
