    Hi @giffgaff We purchased an IPhone XS Max 2.5yrs ago for £1300 it now has a carrier update fail message @AppleSupport have looked at the phone and advised it should be replaced but as it was purchased through yourselves it should be done via you and consumer protection laws.

    @papasombra No! I've made that pretty clear on this incarnation, but there's only so many giffgaff cards I can order at one time, and the algorithm's been hunting me down like the ******* Predator this month. How the hell have you managed to keep your account?

    @1BenBaller @giffgaff Thanks. I know how to block and also I use the unknown number but when you can expect calls from numbers related to business/work these are annoying, you have to call the numbers to check they are genuine. Shame you can’t block all giffgaff numbers as they seem the scam network.

    @mattjoshholder @giffgaff If your question was re the ability to pre order via giffgaff it's not a service they've ever offered,that's why you can sign up for notifications of when it's available to buy but not pre order it.

    .@giffgaff call service is intermittent in the Meadowbank / EH8 area of Edinburgh. Calls dropping. Presumably related to the weather. Any known issues on your side?
