Richard Adams (@Pogit) reported from Lincoln District, EnglandHi @giffgaff We purchased an IPhone XS Max 2.5yrs ago for £1300 it now has a carrier update fail message @AppleSupport have looked at the phone and advised it should be replaced but as it was purchased through yourselves it should be done via you and consumer protection laws.

Nigel Jones (@planetf1) reported@Shammz006 @SMARTYMobileUK That's not so bad... not the best for home broadband but respectable for mobile - I would have stuck with smarty/3 if I had that (or less). They also benefit from having wifi calling/VoLTE which others like voxi, giffgaff etc are missing.

Andy S (@AndrewShute2) reported@giffgaff @O2 would somebody like to sort out the transmitter strength that covers PR7 before I take my custom to another network, I’ve moved to within 0.5km of one of the Uk’s busiest motorway service areas & have one bar or it drops to 3G 😡 Ridiculous & slow!! .

Walk Nottingham Photography (@walk_nottingham) reported@giffgaff my phone was lost so ordered new SIM with the same number as found the phone (had to block last SIM) but it's still showing as only accepting emergency calls?
