    Hi @giffgaff We purchased an IPhone XS Max 2.5yrs ago for £1300 it now has a carrier update fail message @AppleSupport have looked at the phone and advised it should be replaced but as it was purchased through yourselves it should be done via you and consumer protection laws.

    @giffgaff It’s not a temporary signal issue. It’s a complete failure of your network to actually provide coverage. I’ve done all your community advice stuff and fiddled with settings and all sorts. It’s just useless.

    Lols Nokia's are cheap as **** on eBay and Giffgaff hone has not been cloned so far unlike my ten year plus phone number.

    my house electric key stopped working and the entire day of waiting In for Scottish power for fix it, In that process giffgaff scammed my 15 gig over internet to upload 150 meg wav for uni with the pressure of a new laptop telling me the charging has stopped working #ischieved

    @katiec1314 Giffgaff is good and works on O2. Unlimited calls and texts with 15Gb data for £10 a month. No contract, cancel any time. They also have cheaper packages and you can change it every month.

    @giffgaff I’d say anyone who want reliable mobile service just pay for a proper provider. There’s a reason it’s so cheap.
