    Hi @giffgaff We purchased an IPhone XS Max 2.5yrs ago for Β£1300 it now has a carrier update fail message @AppleSupport have looked at the phone and advised it should be replaced but as it was purchased through yourselves it should be done via you and consumer protection laws.

    @dbcxptures i've had no issues with voxi and i've been with them for years (it's a little expensive if you want a realistically useable amount of data though, imo, compared to giffgaff for e.g. it's worth it for the consistency in signal/availability though)

    @giffgaff Just got robbed by Giff Gaff, my monthly data plan ran out on Sunday, I topped up with Β£10 and on Tuesday I got a text sayoing my data plan had run out? how can this be? Not good enough that a mobile company have no phone lines to discuss...5 Days to resolve issues!

    @Jenny_1884 Dont stress about it @GiffGaff 5G is significantly slower than their 4G. Been like it for years, same on multiple different handsets & waste of time reporting it. Smarty has much better 5G coverage & speeds in my area. But overall 5G is really ****.

    @instablog9ja I have unlimited data with giffgaff uk network and I pay Β£15 every month through direct debit and i connected my smart tv πŸ“Ί my laptop πŸ’» my other gadgets using this unlimited data πŸ“ˆ with hotspots connect etc this guy is talkin nonsense wtf he’s a criminal smh
