    Hi @giffgaff We purchased an IPhone XS Max 2.5yrs ago for £1300 it now has a carrier update fail message @AppleSupport have looked at the phone and advised it should be replaced but as it was purchased through yourselves it should be done via you and consumer protection laws.

    @Mich1971C Mich your Speedtest is GiffGaff 3G not broadband or fibre broadband. Is this what your smart TV is connecting to? It's not a good speed. You may suffer lag & freeze. Do you not have land based broadband in the house. Check the TV menus network settings what you're connected to.

    giffgaff are hilarious if they think I’m buying another damn goodybag I’ve bought like five since September!!!!! even within fair usage my connection is *** !!!!
