    Hi @giffgaff We purchased an IPhone XS Max 2.5yrs ago for £1300 it now has a carrier update fail message @AppleSupport have looked at the phone and advised it should be replaced but as it was purchased through yourselves it should be done via you and consumer protection laws.

    @Beska @sleepy_homo Giffgaff were great for this, I’d been on £10/month for about 8 years with the monthly data going up every year. Unfortunately their (actually O2’s) signal at the new house is crap so now I’m with EE for £16.80 for the same usage :/

    @virginmedia so after my number switch to giffgaff without my permission vm got it back but still no incoming calls or text for 2 weeks now and still not working after 2 new sims

    @MeInSunderland @giffgaff Assuming A means like new, as they don’t have lettered grading system, then I suggest return it for a refund, of course. Ive brought like new and excellent condition before and never had issues but it can be hit or miss.

    @AgentDowling Have a look at 3 PAYG - I'm paying £10 unlimited calls and text + 20GIG data I was with Giffgaff they piggy back on O2 when the network is busy it can be very very slow
