The @giffgaff sign language advert with no sound is all good & well, but it's not much use to people who have sight issues or dyslexia. No point trying to be inclusive if you're excluding others...

Pleaae can I be credited for this time that I've had no signal, as I've paid for something I'm not getting? It's not an issue with low coverage as I have another phone with a GiffGaff SIM and that works fine, but I've had the 🚫 sign on my O2 for five days now.
