    Hi @giffgaff We purchased an IPhone XS Max 2.5yrs ago for £1300 it now has a carrier update fail message @AppleSupport have looked at the phone and advised it should be replaced but as it was purchased through yourselves it should be done via you and consumer protection laws.

    @ChrisAvern @giffgaff All the time even in a google pixel 5. No issues in area.... And O2 sim in same place same phone is as expected (fast). All this #giffgaff love and they aren't even competitive service or price wise. They just poor all round. No WiFi calling etc etc.

    @ZenInternetHelp your mobile bundle it states "mobile bundles include calls to EE, Three, Vodafone, 02, T-Mobile and Orange. Calls to other mobile service providers are not included." How does this effect providers like giffgaff/id that run on the above networks?

    Does anyone know or recommend a good sim card network that's pay as you go .as Giffgaff is a **** and changing them I need unlimited data and texts not bothered about the minutes ;;

    @ChrisAvern @giffgaff It's been like that in this area for years! I'm hardly out in the sticks. It never gets sorted out. Funnily enough O2 is a different story. Same area, same phone.
