    Hi @giffgaff We purchased an IPhone XS Max 2.5yrs ago for £1300 it now has a carrier update fail message @AppleSupport have looked at the phone and advised it should be replaced but as it was purchased through yourselves it should be done via you and consumer protection laws.

    Shite mobile coverage on @giffgaff because O2 is down in my area as well @virginmedia How I so wish we could go back to the old days of having 4/5 channels and having no subscriptions or relying on Internet to do basic things. I WANNA WATCH THE ******* FOOTBALL!

    Hi @giffgaff can you send me the instructions of how to get a refund from my account credit , unfortunately due to your service not being available to me due a faulty mast I’ve had to change provider , shame because up until then the service was good

    @valuemanmatt @O2 @Joff_L They decided its fair for you to pay through the nose so other "new customers" have a deal. Like many companies, there is no customer loyalty, they want the maximum money out of you for minimum service. Time to port your number to giffgaff, same o2 network and less money.

    @HelenCleave2 We're sorry to hear this has been going on for a while now Helen, but this can only be sorted via your case. As we are an online mobile network we do not have a customer service number to call unfortunately - giffgaff Jade
