@giffgaff hi, my number transfer is today and I just checked the app and it’s showing the transferred number. Put the giffgaff sim in my phone and had no access to anything at all. I’m at work and don’t have signal, do I need it for the transfer to work?

@shandelores @giffgaff Hi Shannon, it should have by now as it is normally 24hrs after you hand three your Port Authorisation Code. Reboot ur phone. If you’ve handed the PAC to three, then giffgaff won’t hv anything to do with the porting anymore unless pac is wrong. Pls contact three who will help.

DO NOT BUY REFURBISHED PHONES FROM @giffgaff we bought one was working okay now the screen just went black and we can not used it at all! No way to send it back unless turn my iPhone is off but we can’t do that as the screen is not working! This has not been dropped or got water
