@mattmcilwaine @giffgaff giffgaff are a wholly owned subsidiary of O2 and currently O2 don't even supply wifi calling to their own PAYG customers so giffgaff is probably way down the list.

@giffgaff @Apple help me understand because the math isn’t mathing. How was 15GB a month sufficient when using a Samsung but 20GB is lasting only 2 weeks when using an iPhone

  • _paigerawlings Paige Rawlings (@_paigerawlings) reported

@O2 how is it when I was with giffgaff who piggy back off of your network I never had connectivity issues but I’ve had no end of issues with you since I swapped? I want out of my contract and I don’t feel I should have to pay for the privilege, cause of your lack of ‘service’

  • stirling1296 Bryan Allan (@stirling1296) reported

@giffgaff really struggling to make calls. iPhone SE2020 saying a string 4G signal but when actually trying to call it’s dropping to either ‘E’ or 3G. Really frustrating. Second time I’ve had problems this week.

@Meladori_Magpie In hotels it's the norm but elsewhere dunno. I ordered a SIM from Giffgaff & activated it when I arrived. Took a few mins and I was up and running! They've got a policy they'll refund whatever you don't use if you cancel your plan within 14 days, so I spent about £5 total.
