James Nairne (@JerryGiraffe) reported@Giffgaff is there any way of getting hold of anyone at GiffGaff when there looks like a security breach on your systems? My daughter has been locked out of her account, her phone won't connect to your network, but you can't raise an issue without logging in. Not exactly easy.

James Nairne (@JerryGiraffe) reported@Mykiel_B @giffgaff It seems that GiffGaff don't take security sufficiently seriously as it is a slow cumbersome process you have in which minutes matter. Using Twitter as the quicker reform of raising fraud and security concerns is not very good, is it?

Andy S (@AndrewShute2) reported@giffgaff @O2 would somebody like to sort out the transmitter strength that covers PR7 before I take my custom to another network, I’ve moved to within 0.5km of one of the Uk’s busiest motorway service areas & have one bar or it drops to 3G 😡 Ridiculous & slow!! .
