@cwoody110 @giffgaff Thanks for the info - how did you get a code from them? Did you report it as a problem as a giffgaff user or something else?

@giffgaff hi is there a reason why I'm getting next to no service even when it says I've got full 4G? Doesn't seem to matter where I am! Certain tasks are almost impossible. Won't load videos. Or allow me to do a speed test. Websites take ages to load.

@giffgaff @UswitchUK Please could you advise. I need to prove (it's vital) that we did not receive a certain call on a certain day. Your rep said that there is no way you can help, as you do not keep a record of calls received by the phone, only a record of calls made from it. Is this correct?

@giffgaff No thanks it’s all good. Network once again slowed down and for £35 a month you’ve got to question why the data slows down and how many sim swaps should one need to do? It’s now past the time where people are seeing that expensive networking has actually screwed over the customer

@VodafoneUK Hey. Masts go down. I understand that. Stuff happens. But what I didn't realise was that your customer service SLAs were below those of GiffGaff. Not an irate user; just a disappointed one.
