    Hey @giffgaff I got my new SIM card yesterday a £20 golden goody bag for some reason when I turn my mobile data on it just says no internet 🤷 Not sure if this is a phone issue or a Giffgaff issue.

    @giffgaff Hi your agent has not responded for a week now, nor provided a solution. Not having network for more than 10 days means I am missing appointments/ deliveries. I will need to move to another provider - please refund my credit.

    @giffgaff Thanks Jeanette. Just now tested a new EE sim, and then put original GG sim back in. And now lo and behold have network. Credit to you for chasing the gremlins away.

    @oneplus when will you allow 5G to be used on 5G enabled devices that use the O2/giffgaff carrier? This issue has been going on for over a year and customers are leaving oneplus due to this

    Giffgaff is such a terrible network to be with. My number has been deactivated because I didn't know you had to make a call or text every 6 months, but they sure as **** took the money out for the Goodybag despite it not activating my number again

    @thenight_worker @giffgaff Smarty aren't really a network in their own right,it's just a discount product sold by Three so not surprisingly they run on Three's network.
