    Is @giffgaff any good? . Since 3 family members moved over I've never had so much trouble contacting them. Goes to voicemail too quick. Sometimes the messages don't even send.. I won't move to them because it just doesn't seem to work well.

    @giffgaff hey, I’ve had 3/4G all week but can not for the life of my phone connect to anything unless using Wifi. Any help would be great.

    @giffgaff sucks. Network coverage is worse than a 3rd world country. No stable connection anywhere. Friggin pissed off.

    @KillEleanorB @SkyHelpTeam @questjenable Hi Eleanor. I gave up and bought a giffgaff sim. Quick search shows upgrade work in my area, i have no data but my fellas phone is working fine. Seemingly the upgrades will be finished in my area by Wednesday night, I needed my pokemon fix

    @VOXI_UK Katie - thanks for responding even when I am not a customer. A little bit in two minds tbh. Logging on to a website every time is not what I want to do. Now its down to network coverage of voxi vs giffgaff.
