    @giffgaff worse customer service ever. Can't be bothered helping when there is something wrong so you have to try and cobble your way through their community hoping someone else has had the same problem. Stop trying to be quirky and try being helpful

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Yeah giffgaff been just paying the minimum sim only plan since before I left UK, never had issues. If you don’t pay it for a few months they threaten to close it.

    @steabb73 So the phone and calls plan from Vodafone is crap? I figured that so maybe I should just move my business phone to giffgaff or some such plan and connectivity will cease to be a problem?

    @giffgaff My second sim isn’t working and it won’t let me access my account, it doesn’t help that you’ve to wait 24hrs for a response either since I’m traveling
