Learn to Switch Data off, delete switch off all apps (Except BBC Sounds at home). Abroad Apple to Apple calls free; fine tweaks on data spend needed

    @giffgaff Odd that you get this when you've not delivered my, replied to my Agent requests or my complaint. My experience of Giff Gaff is apalling customer service. Since you won't contact me, I'll have to go to my credit card co. for a refund.

    @CastleEmpire UK. Connecting via both bt isp and Giffgaff/O2 4g has same problems. Guild members using virgin and sky having same problems.
