@giffgaff why is the HMRC text scam reporting number blocked from phones on your network? Why won't you allow reporting/complaints without iemi numbers.

@CBarrett1994 That would be the coverage in your area as normal, and it does show the same for the data. However, as there is a mast issue, this would affect the coverage. Unfortunately due the mast issue, there would be an issue with all your services. We're sorry about that. - giffgaff Emer.

@layanglicana @davesumnersmith My mobile costs me £20 monthly though I can change it down or not pay even if I'm not using it. Unlimited calls, messages and more internet than I can use 100+gig so internet calling as well - free to other countries. giffgaff

@giffgaff Have been left hanging by customer service. It's something that I need an actual agent's help with, and the three who've responded to my requests for assistance via the app have disappeared. How can I progress this? I am on the point of asking for a refund.

@thebritishertwi My question is. Is it across the board? I know that Virgin Media and GiffGaff have the filters on automatically but which ISP's and mobile network providers don't and what is their reasoning behind it?
