    @Apple Trying to find out if I can use a giffgaff sim in my new and rather costly phone. Your ‘support’ cut me off. I also understand you will not allow tethering with giffgaff. Why is this please? I am having a bad experience with Apple today.

    No I actually need to change my service provider because @giffgaff is embarrassing me with the TRASH internet I get the moment I leave a WiFi zone.

    @giffgaff Just today. We inserted it into her phone and it activated. However her profile says it’s still needs activating. I try to input the activation code and it says it’s already active. We can make calls no problem buts it’s on the new number as the old one hasn’t transferred yet.
