    @giffgaff Hiya, after a week of this being unresolved your agents are now not responding to me and I’ve chosen to leave the network. I am honestly so disappointed in the service I’ve received - not sure ignoring customers is the right way to go about things!

    @giffgaff Thanks for replying Jeanette, I’ve contacted an agent & have an incident number, am waiting for a reply. This is ridiculous, I can’t send my phone back & wait for it to be repaired, I need my phone! I’m in the middle of dealing with solicitors, doctors plus more so MUST have one.

    @giffgaff been having connectivity problems for weeks. It shows I have full 4G but it’s as if I have data turned off. Restarting my phone or putting it in airplane mode and then taking it off again fixes it in that moment, but it keeps happening. Any suggestions?
