  • dounowhoiam Dan Simpson (@dounowhoiam) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Still experiencing issues with no Internet on 4G and very intermittent and slow connection on 3G when trying to use in the FY7 8JT area. Having to use my @giffgaff phone to tweet this.

  • WilliamNB 🚲 Will 🇬🇧🇿🇦 (@WilliamNB) reported

So far @giffgaff blamed my handset (it's fine & the issue is across different handsets), my account balance (absolutely fine) and now my SIM card (despite having been told other devices suffer the same symptoms & all handsets work when out of area). Time to leave Giffgaff!

  • slowcrushh Jamie (@slowcrushh) reported

@giffgaff Thank you, I activated the SIM as a new account rather than through my existing one. Please can you help me?

  • gazza_d Real Gaz on a proper bike #fbpe (@gazza_d) reported from South Shields, England

@WilliamNB @giffgaff @O2 Have you asked for a different SIM? Otherwise I'd be tempted to switch as there is so much more competition now. I don't like poor service.

  • notwithoutsuzy Aaliyah (@notwithoutsuzy) reported

As if I’ve been waiting all day for my doctors to ring me and turns out they did but because giffgaff is owned by O2 and their signal is always awful, the phone call didn’t bloody come through. Love that for me

  • Rcaeh29 R29 (@Rcaeh29) reported

@giffgaff signal on low on none at all bars today :/ ......
