Kurt Mills (@ProfKurtMills) reported@giffgaff My wife’s recurring goodybag failed. Error message says bank declined payment, but bank confirms card is fine and did not decline. Not possible to call (very bad customer service) and agent response takes 24hrs. Meanwhile, my wife cannot use her phone.

Where I live I have to choose between EE, Vodafone and O2 (which Giff Gaff runs on)
