    @giffgaff I have narrowed down the problem. When i go into radcliffe within a certain perimiter its total internet blackout. When i. Come out it returns as if there was no problem. Im a taxi driver. I have never had any issue like this with all the years ive been with you. My Three

    @giffgaff Have rebooted phone thrice with no luck. I did insert another sim into the device to see if it made a diff and it still showed as no sim inserted so perhaps a technical device issue if it’s not reading other sims either?

    @nathanbinding That's odd. Are you able to DM us with your full postcode and we'll see if it's a network issue where you are causing both SIMs to show no service? - giffgaff Jeanette

    @2022Futurist @giffgaff Hi Shivvy, no need to panic in such instance. This sounds like a device issue and u’ve rightly done one troubleshooting. Now test the gg sim in an unlocked or locked to o2 phone as well. If it works, issue is ur phone which I believe it is. No one can deactivate ur sim that way
