    @giffgaff I have narrowed down the problem. When i go into radcliffe within a certain perimiter its total internet blackout. When i. Come out it returns as if there was no problem. Im a taxi driver. I have never had any issue like this with all the years ive been with you. My Three

    @giffgaff never had a problem.. Today im having a big problem. No internet. I use as part of my business. Yes i have data in my goody bag.

    @giffgaff Doesn’t get to the root of the problem though. And it doesn’t help prevent it happening to others who may not be as savvy and may fall for it. @Ofcom

    I didn’t want to change mobile provider. But I was told this was the only way I could keep my service bill at a level I could afford. I was very happy with the PAYG service I had from @giffgaff, and did not want to change, but it was that or a surcharge.

    @giffgaff absolute disgusting service from yourselves and the repair team. Informing us by letter that my 12 year old had damaged his phone - does this go for my Dad with the same phone, he is 66 years old. Couldn't admit responsibility, think trading standards 😡

    @giffgaff Hi. I've just put a giffgaff SIM in my Samsung S8. It's asking for a SIM network PUK, but neither the one I got from giffgaff or EE (previous network) works. Any ideas?

    @glynmottershead @giffgaff Just had same issues. 9 months in and Phone camera won't focus and sent back to repair..they wriggle out stating water damage on a waterproof phone that they then say sorry we may have ruined the water proof seal so not covered. You can't make this up ! Con!!

    @giffgaff Total joke you won this. You seen reviews online ? I thought you guys where different turns out you've turned into a very very bad version of car phone warehouse..
