@giffgaff I have narrowed down the problem. When i go into radcliffe within a certain perimiter its total internet blackout. When i. Come out it returns as if there was no problem. Im a taxi driver. I have never had any issue like this with all the years ive been with you. My Three

@giffgaff Just today. We inserted it into her phone and it activated. However her profile says it’s still needs activating. I try to input the activation code and it says it’s already active. We can make calls no problem buts it’s on the new number as the old one hasn’t transferred yet.

@giffgaff how do I report a fault? I'm only getting intermittent 3G coverage instead of the usual 4G and even 3G keeps dropping out in M20 #Didsbury #Manchester, but #GiffGaff website says there's no outage or problems.
