@giffgaff absolute disgusting service from yourselves and the repair team. Informing us by letter that my 12 year old had damaged his phone - does this go for my Dad with the same phone, he is 66 years old. Couldn't admit responsibility, think trading standards 😡

@giffgaff I have narrowed down the problem. When i go into radcliffe within a certain perimiter its total internet blackout. When i. Come out it returns as if there was no problem. Im a taxi driver. I have never had any issue like this with all the years ive been with you. My Three

I didn’t want to change mobile provider. But I was told this was the only way I could keep my service bill at a level I could afford. I was very happy with the PAYG service I had from @giffgaff, and did not want to change, but it was that or a surcharge.

Wow four years ago not sure if I said it on here but I know I did praise Giffgaff shouldn’t use language as strong as this, however I have to say it sorry, for years on Giffgaff are a bunch of criminals never shall I ever use them again in my life amazing how things 1/2change

@giffgaff Tried this. When tried to activate, your website says can only use the one you have sent. TWO weeks and still waiting. BAD service. You don’t care about people. Worst thing is that you’re a phone company with no phone customer service #giffgaff

@itssjpbaby I’m with giffgaff, I chose them purely because they were cheap! I believe they use O2’s network? I get great coverage and they cost less than three did 🥴 I keep getting happily surprised when my signal is perfect in areas where I previously had none!

@giffgaff Have ordered THIRD time today. Could get quicker from Amazon !! Very poor service that can’t get this earlier. Terrible that can’t phone a phone company. Disappointed. Work in NHS and need phone urgently , or will have to start cancelling home visits.

if you use a third party service, check who owns / partners them 👍🏾 GiffGaff use 3’s network, Virgin use EE, Voxi use Vodafone etc
