    @markwilsonit @giffgaff I pay £10 a month with GiffGaff and get 4GB of data, unlimited minutes and texts. Very happy with the service I get. I'm always under and they mail me every month suggesting I move to the next lower goodybag to save myself money.

    @giffgaff There has been an issue with the data connection in my area of Leeds since about 3pm yesterday. At times it is showing on my iphone as "No Service", while occasionally there is a 3G signal (normally it's 4G) and just one bar showing, no internet connection.

    @wanjirukarra @giffgaff No that shouldn’t be an issue. Are you getting any error message? Tried a different browser? If you are able to, clear your browser or device cache and cookies as well and try again.

    @giffgaff having a nightmare setting my account up. Any chance of a human to talk me off the ceiling? Been using your service for nearly two weeks and the website keeps asking me to activate SIM. A competent customer service rep would fix my issue instantly. Can I get a number?
