@giffgaff hey! For the last 2 days there is suddenly no signal, or very poor H+ signal in my house. Usually I get perfect 4G. Is there an issue with signal in the Maidstone/Aylesford area?

  • Honeycrownjoy Honeycrown (@Honeycrownjoy) reported

@giffgaff hi, I don't have network since I moved my number to Giff gaff from three

  • emmadotcom Emma Jones (@emmadotcom) reported

Hi @giffgaff, I’m getting no service on my phone despite my sim working fine just yesterday. Can you help? Thanks!

  • ConJoakes JC (@ConJoakes) reported

@giffgaff do you golden goody bags support 4g or are they 5g only?

  • EmPep09 Emilia Pepperrell (@EmPep09) reported

@giffgaff Already done and they’ve advised to contact you. They state that the Number transfer would not start until EE sim is in the new phone. So I guess we’re at a stalemate with neither party cooperating to get my sister in service. How do I make a formal complaint to Giff Gaff?

  • yorkshire_bred Barry (@yorkshire_bred) reported

@giffgaff the latest mobile network to penalize PAYG customers by making golden goody bags unavailable to PAYG customers. So much for been a decent network.

  • stephenmccole S. M. C. (@stephenmccole) reported

@gingstertrippin I'd recommend @giffgaff mate, never had an issue, change how much you pay each month, never needed to pay more than 10 quid a month :)

  • 267MD 267MD (@267MD) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I use pay as you go. Since your doing some ridiculous price hikes, do you offer a service where I can use the amount of 'top-up' ive got to buy a monthly pack which contains minutes, texts and data? Similar to how giffgaff used to do it

  • adshead_matt Matt Adshead (@adshead_matt) reported

@giffgaff It's multiple postcodes from Bolton, Altrincham and Manchester. It's not a mast problem. It's a gifgaf problem.
