@giffgaff have unlimited data as part of my goody bag but 4G doesn’t work, nor does the phone connect to internet whilst using data. Apple store said to speak to giffgaff about the issue - is it a problem with the SIM?

Fair play, when they swing into action @giffgaff customer service are communicative, clear, informed, and helpful. My issue was resolved in a few days, and they even worked on the issue over the weekend.

I thought @ThreeUK was bad, until I tried @giffgaff and these scammers charged me for the third 10gb goody bag for two weeks, while I am constantly on WiFi! Is this ok?

@mouthwaite @EE Don't use contract phones. Buy a phone the best you can afford and pay insurance for it. Use giffgaff (O2 network) They advise you if you are on wrong tariff for your use ie. I was buying a goodybag costing £20pm they emailed me suggesting I use £10pm. Amazing company

@giffgaff Just today. We inserted it into her phone and it activated. However her profile says it’s still needs activating. I try to input the activation code and it says it’s already active. We can make calls no problem buts it’s on the new number as the old one hasn’t transferred yet.
