    Hi @giffgaff can you send me the instructions of how to get a refund from my account credit , unfortunately due to your service not being available to me due a faulty mast I’ve had to change provider , shame because up until then the service was good

    Got a 3rd phone from giffgaff to replace the refurb that I purchased over a year ago. This one doesn't work either. I think I am done trying to get a working phone from them and am just going to change provider. Do not buy refurbished phones from giffgaff.

    @O2 It's 2026, and you can't even repair a broken mast in order to restore a mobile phone signal to a village of 17000 people. Reluctantly, PAC obtained. Such a shame after some 30 years of being with your network (Cellnet, BT Cellnet, Genie, O2, Tesco Mobile & Giffgaff). Bye👋

    I've been an @O2 customer for over 20 years, but these latest mid-contract price hikes are unsustainable. Only reason I even have a SIM is because of 2FA, otherwise I would go SIM-free Wi-Fi only. I'll probably be switching to @giffgaff or @LebaraMobileUK soon. Well done, #O2!
