@giffgaff why can't I call 0810 numbers to France. I have £20+ in credit on top of my goodybag. I've added +33 in front of it but still doesn't work. Help please, I urgently need to call this number. Is there are a setting to change??

@r1luafc @giffgaff They don’t do anything. It’s a mast issue everyone else can have a full service just not you mum, she can send txt and make calls, but god forbids her from receiving them!!!

@drmatthewhardy We alighted on Giffgaff originally because my daughter was in Canada termtime, and wiith Giffgaff you have a permanent mobile number but can buy a month’s service ( a “Goodybag”) at a time without renewing, so she just paid £10 each month she was back home, for about 10gb.

Opened box with refurb phone from GiffGaff. Taking the phone out, the charging cable and SIM extractor fell out from the other side. But only the SIM extractor made it to the floor. The cable vanished on the way down. Completely baffled. Tiny wormhole?
