@Frankie__A We have just spoken with our phone team who have advised that we're unable to cancel the order. The only thing you can do, is return the phone when it arrives and request a refund. You will then need to re order in the correct colour. - giffgaff Tasbiya

@katelallyx Circumstances resulted in me using a Samsung , absolutely hate it, so thankfully back on my iPhone. If you’re happy with your current phone go contract free, @giffgaff are amazing they operate on the @O2 network, I pay £15 a month.

The service on @giffgaff has been completely unusable for the past two weeks. Customer service has told me via DM the network runs slow for me because the data usage is high in my area. This is tinpot stuff! Taking mine and my 11 business partners contracts elsewhere tonight.

@liamnorris1001 Sky mobile just runs on top of O2's network, which is fine enough locally. Just comes down to whether you like dealing with Sky or not. I usually go for GiffGaff myself.
