  • VeNT666 Andrew Albert (@VeNT666) reported

@WilliamNB @giffgaff They use O2 masts (they are actually owned by o2 iirc). Check their service status in your area

  • Ser_Pyrro P@ul is getting bored... (@Ser_Pyrro) reported

@giffgaff Because they don't want to have to have a decent customer service. That have taken £35 from my disabled elderly mother's account and @giffgaff refuse to address it.

We live in an age of miracle and wonder! You know that O2 mast @giffgaff said was working perfectly, despite my having no signal at home? Well, they've fixed it, and I have signal again!

  • gazza_d Real Gaz on a proper bike #fbpe (@gazza_d) reported from South Shields, England

@WilliamNB @giffgaff If it works elsewhere and other networks work then yes switch to one that works. But maybe don't pick another provider that uses O2 network.

  • andymblackmore Andy Blackmore (@andymblackmore) reported

@tescomobile £37 a month sat in room with wife she has 4 bars on giffgaff I have no signal on Tesco yet both run off O2 being mugged off big time by tescomobile

  • gazza_d Real Gaz on a proper bike #fbpe (@gazza_d) reported from South Shields, England

@WilliamNB @giffgaff @O2 Have you asked for a different SIM? Otherwise I'd be tempted to switch as there is so much more competition now. I don't like poor service.

@IanTheInventor @giffgaff Don't let @giffgaff hear that! Next they'll ask me to move house. After all the obviously wrong "troubleshooting" steps I had from them, I wouldn't be surprised! Non-techies should NEVER be allowed to give tech advice
