    @giffgaff myself and my partner recently joined you guys. The service is shocking. Slow speeds regularly and unable to use apps at times. Is this a regular thing?

    @enomiseleda Yes Simma! I’m all good, same to you. Make sure you phone them instead of doing it online you can usually negotiate a better deal. Stay away from GiffGaff too they’re awful

    @Yorksims @giffgaff Thanks. The problem she has is that her new card's start date is 07/2022 so it won't work before then... so how does she pay for her recurring plan if giffgaff won't accept her current, valid card, and her new one isn't valid until after her payment date?

    @MammothWhale Other providers will be the same, as they’ll rely on Openreach to actually configure the connection. A good temporary solution would be a VOXI or Giffgaff prepaid SIM card, and putting it in a cheap 4G router. You can get them on Amazon for about £60-70

    @giffgaff DPD Has just collected the apple phone He did not give me my Samsung S10+ Phone as he did not have it. If my S10+ does not arrive today I wish to decline your offer of £50 compensation and demand £100 in compensation for this awful experience.
