    @tescomobile Says no issues. The problem is it been going on for several months. Reported again for now. Just odd my friends on giffgaff and o2 never have issues and tesco uses the o2 network and I have to use their phone or switch an a pay as you go sim on different network for data

    @giffgaff Hello I have a question, what is the reason for closing accounts when they haven't been logged into online if they're still paying the contract? A lot of elderly people can't do all this online portal thing, and you've got absolutely no phone numbers for help???

    @giffgaff @william15613095 Can you lot at Giff Gaff look into and consider setting up a.giff gaf office in Leeds. That way you can support customers there and in its surrounding areas?

    @giffgaff worse customer service ever. Can't be bothered helping when there is something wrong so you have to try and cobble your way through their community hoping someone else has had the same problem. Stop trying to be quirky and try being helpful

    @giffgaff I'm having major problems getting answers about my stolen handset. I've asked several specific questions, but the replies are generic and don't address the issues. How do I get this escalated to someone who can properly investigate and respond?

    @giffgaff Never have I seen such an appalling system I wasted many hours the question was ,my SIM card hasn’t arrived ?you could not, would not and did not reply or deal with it , I have now cancelled .
