@BobFlem25914696 Hi Bob. It can take up to 24 hours from your port in day for your service to be fully up and running. During this time we recommend that you reboot your phone off and on again a few times, to help speed this up - giffgaff Jade

@Ant_lee O2 been with them for 7 years, I was with GiffGaff before that and they use the O2 network and that was good too
