@jchannon Ensure any texts you're receiving are from DPD themselves, and not from a mobile number showing a DPD link. As long as you are able to see the phone is due to arrive today, you should have no issues receiving both today. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff Hi guys - had a call from a lass who said she was Carphone Warehouse and that she'd got my number from my existing network provider. Untrue, right?

@giffgaff Also PSA for anyone who has moved to @giffgaff and thinks their signal is terrible, for some reason they don’t enable 5G by default! If you’re on a modern phone just log in to your profile and enable it.

@ThreeUKSupport 2/2 Not a good look to cover up mistakes by reinventing facts. Took over 30 minutes as well for this message to be communicated to me. Phone returned @giffgaff welcomes a new customer. I usually find an apology & taking responsibility for my mistakes to be the best approach 👍🏻

@giffgaff I paid £20 for a goody bag (80GB) so I’d have lots of data for a trip up to Scotland and waited more than 24h for activation. Tried swapping phone etc. no where near any shops. Stuck! HELP!

@giffgaff Ann, instead of 'as soon as possible', which you've been saying for 11 days, I need an actual timeframe. If you're unable to resolve this problem please at least admit it so I can take other action.
