@neil_neilzone @William_Leech @TheRealRevK I've been receiving test messages for the last 6 months or so (on giffgaff, so from O2). Rude awakening if the phone isn't muted as it's a bloody great loud siren!

@doc_matt_jacko @giffgaff You don't need a giffgaff account, click the "Make a complaint" button then on the next page click the "continue" button (for non members) and you'll be taken through the process without needing an account.

@Seanr712 @giffgaff I tried them, it was a couple of years back and whilst OK at the start I ended up with some issue that seemed to take forever to resolve - think it a similar issue to yrs, data bag thing. Gave up in the end and went PAYG with Vodafone, no issues whatsoever.
