    @giffgaff Trying to top up my mum's phone but you **** app has logged me out AGAIN. Can't log on because of the two factor bullshit sending a code to my other phone. You are ******* useless, your app is ******* useless.

    @ARRelectech Hello Diablo, this does sound frustrating. You've mentioned another sim works in your phone, this would suggest there's an issue / fault that's developed with the existing sim you're using, and you'll need to complete a sim swap on your account - giffgaff Mark

    @giffgaff @giffgaff we tried this it says chat isn’t available and to submit a web form which we did. The service has been pretty shocking so far however. Don’t you guys test the phones?! Apple diagnostics can be run self service these days so there isn’t really an excuse

    @giffgaff I have opened a ticket about this situation,you’re running out of my patience.I will think about other way to defend my rights,like make a complaint to Communications Ombudsman.

    @EE I reckon that it's a combination of you both. Yesterday it would not work on EE iPhone but got to login on my Giffgaff iPhone but missed the 7:30pm deadline since it asked me to update app first with only minutes to go. Only once have I had the problem on GG, but 4 times with EE

    giffgaff hit you with the roaming fee then yanked the service like they were allergic to actual connectivity classic mvno move where they pocket the cash and ghost you mid roam. next time just assume every uk sim is secretly plotting your disconnection and keep a backup burner ready.
