  • wesayso Wes West (@wesayso) reported

Has anyone got experience of moving away from GiffGaff to another PayAsYouGo network? I'm getting a bit fed up with the poor coverage and slow speeds.

  • MrAdeCarter Ade (@MrAdeCarter) reported

@giffgaff Same issues here, Mobile data has been barely functional for a week

  • icallitjustice 👁‍🗨 (@icallitjustice) reported

@giffgaff I have tried everything you had told me to. You told me “there doesn’t seem to be an issue” and to “turn the device off and on again”. That implies it is an issue with the device and not giffgaff. It is CLEARLY an issue withe giffgaff as I’m not the only one having trouble.

  • icallitjustice 👁‍🗨 (@icallitjustice) reported

@giffgaff I have DM’d you and your solution is not acceptable in the slightest. You claim it is a device issue when it is not. This has been happening on and off for months and I want a clear answer as to why, and my money back which as been wasted on a service that has NOT been fulfilled

  • TridentVibes 🔱 (@TridentVibes) reported

******* be hating on me from giffgaff service

  • z52782 z52782 (@z52782) reported

@gregmetaluk @giffgaff Sorry to hear you are experiencing slow 4G speeds, is it normally this slow?

  • crzyparadise Crzy Paradise (@crzyparadise) reported

@giffgaff So it means you’re gonna give me my money back? 'cause I’m paying for a service I’m not getting…

  • EscapeToWhere Escape (@EscapeToWhere) reported

Your PAYG network is awful and the user interfaces are hopeless. Also no longer good value for money now the summer promotion has ended. I was thinking of moving to Voxi as the UI might be better, but have just ordered a GiffGaff sim for my wife. No excuse in this day and age.

  • icallitjustice 👁‍🗨 (@icallitjustice) reported

@giffgaff @crzyparadise Hi Emer. You were supposed to be helping me yesterday but just gave me a generic answer insinuating my device was the issue and then you disappeared. Do you usually treat your paying customers like this?

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@icallitjustice Hi there. We haven't advised that there are any faults with your device. If there are no network coverage problems in your area, then we would recommend that you try going through troubleshooting steps. - giffgaff Emer.
