    @giffgaff messaged your team to let them know the mast is still broke in my area and I still have no signal for calls or data use. I have been refunded in the past, now I’m being told to leave - we have several contracts with you and your customer service is usually much better?

    @giffgaff hi, I recently bought a refurbished phone from you, have been using it for 4 days and my mobile data won’t work, Apple diagnostics detects a hardware issue, WiFi usage is fine, what do I do? Return it for a working replacement? Thanks

    @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.

    @skelpitheid @SSalyers2 I purchased two from Amazon and i use Giffgaff SIM as my internet supplier....never had a problem. If you go for the model ' Poco ' , super fast and reliable.

    @kokeshimum @O2 i live less than 100ft from a cell phone mast ... yet i get 0 signal ... weird that? and im on 02 aka giffgaff
