    @giffgaff my SIM in my dongle says I’m connected but my laptop is saying the network can’t be joined. It just stopped working a few days ago and now just won’t join!

    @giffgaff everyone was receiving two texts a day to offer support , advice and comfort. Through this number we were able to get help for those socially isolating without family support or internet.
