@giffgaff who can support me getting a pac code. @Ofcom say this is to be done within 30 seconds. Why do I get an error and be told to ask for an agent it's 2-4 hours

  • clockend25 Jon (@clockend25) reported

@turningleftfor @ThreeUK @O2 I get free EU roaming with giffgaff which I think use O2’s network. Anywhere else I use e-sims for cheap local data.

@giffgaff why is your network not allowing me to use the mobile broadband which I am paying for

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@Longsight We do hope it helps Ashleigh. There are no issues showing when checking with the postcode for Victoria station, so it may be that the station itself is a dark zone for connection, which could be causing your problems. - giffgaff Jeanette

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@Mama_bearuk @giffgaff You would need to be able to log into their account in order to remove your card details. if that's not possible the quickest solution would be to report the card as lost/stolen top your bank and have them send you a new one which won't be linked to the giffgaff account.

  • chrisssully Chris Sullivan (@chrisssully) reported

@Ofcom Thank you. @giffgaff no reply or no support

  • 1BenBaller Ben Baller (@1BenBaller) reported

@chrisssully @giffgaff @Ofcom Also, they require it to be sent within 60 seconds. It's possible you don't have good signal.

  • Kerrmartinj MartinK (@Kerrmartinj) reported

No @giffgaff data signal of any use in Guildford town centre/Godalming or the Surrey Hills today. What's the point of offering bags of data which you can't access??
