@giffgaff everyone was receiving two texts a day to offer support , advice and comfort. Through this number we were able to get help for those socially isolating without family support or internet.

OMG @VodafoneUK - are all of your (admittedly very polite) customer service people inept? I’ve spoken to Partyush, Sandheep, Sayam, Judy, unknown Swiss lady BUT NO ONE CAN FIX MY ISSUE!!! I’m seriously considering returning the beautiful phone/watch & going back to @giffgaff

Hello @giffgaff Could you please let me know if there was a service issue over the weekend/ until now? I have just received all the texts and voice mails of phone calls I got over the weekend - many from the NHS as I had a poorly toddler. I'm not really a happy customer !
