@emmagabarda @giffgaff Hopefully your number has transferred over now, but it's always worth restarting your phone periodically which can help complete the process.

@giffgaff got my first SIM card. Eventually managed to log on with a usernane sent by giffhaff. Add card, try to pay for goody bag. Every time I approve the payment in my bank app the giff gaff app closes and takes me back to the activation code. #fail

@xanlam @EE Switch to Giffgaff. It’s cheaper and their customer service is better. 🤫

  • radeknaughty Radek R'adek (@radeknaughty) reported

@Markngaz1 @giffgaff I've swap two cards already m8. Both are not working. Fresh goody bag has been paid.

@MKcol @O2 @lebara do you know which network they use? As they’ll get lower data priority compared to the actual carrier .. (eg. GiffGaff on o2)

  • twiwendyuk wendy (@twiwendyuk) reported

@giffgaff Where's my REPLY TO SORTING the issue, YOU ASKED MY POSTCODE THEN WENT..... #WATCHDOG

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@monaghp Hi Paul. Unfortunately, giffgaff does not support eSIM's at the moment but maybe in the future. Only O2, Vodafone and EE support eSIM's at this time - giffgaff Nicole

@RJ_the_man87 We do understand that this would be very stressful for you. Please rest assured that we're working hard to resolve the issues with the mast, and based on the information you have shared with us we can see that the mast is estimated to be fixed on the 9th of June - giffgaff Jade

  • Chris72green Christine Green (@Chris72green) reported

4th day with no giffgaff, Tesco, Vodaphone and EE mobile signal in SN15. Can get 4G and make and receive calls if away from home - so it is not a SIM issue. Talking with giffgaff agent, and no help as saying may be in a black spot or congestion - never happened before.

  • notrmsn Carl Johnson (@notrmsn) reported

@enomiseleda Yes Simma! I’m all good, same to you. Make sure you phone them instead of doing it online you can usually negotiate a better deal. Stay away from GiffGaff too they’re awful
