Everything was working well with @giffgaff account until it stopped working and unable to log into account. Many may feel that we have let them down.

@giffgaff I know you wont be able provide support via social media. I was suggesting a phone call to help navigate support and ask necessary security questions.

@AkkyYT @giffgaff It’s not giffgaffs fault, it’s just the fact that no one wants to call your stupid dumb ass

@giffgaff no mobile data as you are working on the line. Same for VM parent company. For someone that works from home this is the worst. You cannot do it at the same time. Last week's outage of 48h+ was not enough?

@PositivFuturist Giffgaff piggybacks off o2. I just assumed we got a second tier service so o2s own customers didn’t suffer - obviously not!

@gridcustomersuk @giffgaff would mobile phone networks also be cut off if there are scheduled power cuts? If so, how should people contact emergency services if needed? I don't know anyone with a landline these days which I believe run on a different system.

@pheebiess Most UK networks are lucky in that they either share masts or, in the case of giffgaff, they run on the infrastructure built by o2. It bewilders me how poor the standard infrastructure is across NA and how it varies every dozen miles so massively.

@adamconder @OllieBrkr @giffgaff I’ve experienced that occasionally on Three also, but I found that restarting my iPhone fixes the problem, so I’m beginning to think it’s actually an iOS issue rather than a problem with the network.
