@peejay_adams Ah okay, I'd hoped a solid year would be good enough to allow me to pay them £40 a month, but it's not. So yes SIM only was a route I'd considered, a prev post about this, GiffGaff came out as no1 for most folk as best SIM only deal/service. I wanted a fancy phone. My bad

Hello? Sorry but the 'Aura' automated chat on your website doesn't work. If I can't get a response on here either then I am going to cancel my very longstanding account and move to giffgaff, or someone with customer service...

@BystandersUK @asda_mobile I've just had an email threatening to close my account and give my giffgaff number to another user..yet I've got £13 on it. I bought it as a spare sim for my smart phone. As you say it could be a sim used by a vulnerable person who needs an emergency mobile in case they fall...

@MichelleOwen7 Personally, I think you're amazing. Balancing work, home, mummy. Always, always bubbly on air. Don't take any notice of these utter scummy fools. They would never say it to your face and feel empowered behind their GiffGaff payg handsets.

@Ker_Anderson @jmcomms @VodafoneUK They were all equally bad back then. The DWP used to use 0845 numbers which all networks charged aroind 50p a minute to call. And yes GiffGaff caught me again in May 2012 when my £10 'goody bag' ran out. Topped up again and they clobbered me for 25p a minute calls.
