@giffgaff everyone was receiving two texts a day to offer support , advice and comfort. Through this number we were able to get help for those socially isolating without family support or internet.

@OCTOCHAMP i just use giffgaff and think it's pretty decent ? a tenner a month gives me like 9GB data and i've never had any noticeable issues with signal. scott's with EE and i think he has signal issues in our flat

@mouthwaite @EE Don't use contract phones. Buy a phone the best you can afford and pay insurance for it. Use giffgaff (O2 network) They advise you if you are on wrong tariff for your use ie. I was buying a goodybag costing £20pm they emailed me suggesting I use £10pm. Amazing company

@giffgaff have unlimited data as part of my goody bag but 4G doesn’t work, nor does the phone connect to internet whilst using data. Apple store said to speak to giffgaff about the issue - is it a problem with the SIM?

@giffgaff how long dies it take for your recycle team to send a phone back? You really are a bag of ****. 24 hours to answer a question and then dont give a straight answer. Delaying it further.every heard of live chats in these modern times?
