    @giffgaff I know you wont be able provide support via social media. I was suggesting a phone call to help navigate support and ask necessary security questions.

    Everything was working well with @giffgaff account until it stopped working and unable to log into account. Many may feel that we have let them down.

    @giffgaff everyone was receiving two texts a day to offer support , advice and comfort. Through this number we were able to get help for those socially isolating without family support or internet.

    @TitsOut Just googled it and they use O2 as a carrier network. I'm on O2 and it's usually ok. When I was on GiffGaff though it was a different case, they also use O2. Might be down to them not prioritising the users in the same way?

    @maravding @giffgaff hi marti the network coverage in the eu is not down to giffgaff, it is down to the providers in the country that maintain the masts. sorry to hear this and hope it resolves itself

    @giffgaff do all your refurb handsets come ***** and not in the condition described? Does your ask an agent actually work or does it always fail when trying to raise an issue???

    @giffgaff Been trying to but a Goody bag for nearly a week to with no success as your CV system will not be verify my bank card. Being told it's you not me, so what do is the problem?

    @TheGalox_ I'm on Giffgaff in the UK, I get 15GB for £10 per month, and with unlimited calls and texts. It's an absolute bargain, and I never use up all of my data

    @giffgaff After switching I've had no problems with your network until today. 4G and phone signal dropping out entirely.
