@giffgaff I know you wont be able provide support via social media. I was suggesting a phone call to help navigate support and ask necessary security questions.

@giffgaff Yes I have tried that and they stopped responding. Bought dad a larger phone so he can see screen better while organising mums funeral. Attempted to cancel the order immediately when address was wrong. No response when I asked for this and was given the option by your agent?

@WillBHA58 @giffgaff When a Samsung phone is locked to a network and you insert a different network sim it asks for a "Sim network PIN" (network unlock code). If you enter the wrong PIN 3 times it then asks for SIM network PUK. Only the network it's locked to can supply it for you.

@ctimmermann @asda_mobile @giffgaff Giffgaff been totally fine for me. £10/mo sim only and I barely notice it—which is, I think, the kind of relationship one wants with a network provider.

@giffgaff Oh lord above, your system is so arcane I’ve had to go through the process again. This time for a repair - not happening. You’ve sold something wrongly advertised and I’m having to do all the messing. I’d never buy a phone from you again.
