@giffgaff everyone was receiving two texts a day to offer support , advice and comfort. Through this number we were able to get help for those socially isolating without family support or internet.

@zehrrillz it was down in tn12 area for 48 hours. it came back on at midnight 31st july. apparently someone stole the cables/wires. it affected giffgaff data too xo

@giffgaff Started a goody bag with you yesterday but have had the sim activated in the phone over 24 hrs yet phone won’t recognise it. Could sim be faulty or is the phone the issue? Bought it from you and it works with previous sim (from Three).
