@giffgaff everyone was receiving two texts a day to offer support , advice and comfort. Through this number we were able to get help for those socially isolating without family support or internet.

@giffgaff my wife and I don’t seem to be able to make any calls at the moment? I have signal but it disappears when I hang up and I have to restart the phone. Any ideas?

Bought a refurbished phone from you @giffgaff in June for £139. It hasn’t been dropped or damaged but there’s no sound now when making & receiving calls and it’s shaky when filming. Repairs will cost £260 and this isn’t covered by my warranty. Really unhappy with this service
