    @giffgaff everyone was receiving two texts a day to offer support , advice and comfort. Through this number we were able to get help for those socially isolating without family support or internet.

    @giffgaff Got a Survey email that at the end said if my SIM card isn't used for calls or texts in 6 months it'll be shut down & deemed unused. Concerned you do not incl Data in that, as I use it in my iPad & iPad can't be used for network calls & texts. So what will happen to it?

    @giffgaff after 7 loyal years of being with yourselves I am leaving as your signal has slowly got worse and worse, to the point where apparently I’ve got 4G but Google doesn’t even load! You’ve tried to help but offered nothing useful.

    @giffgaff @giffgaff I have tried reaching out to complain about your service being very poor indoors in my area, but haven't gotten a reply. At this rate, I might have to switch SIM providers unfortunately.

    @O2 I did a phone contract for an iPhone and also port my sim from Giffgaff to O2. I need to change to your cheapest plan or move back my line to my old arrangement. Your customer service lines have not been reachable and this is very frustrating.

    Money saving strategy: have no signal on @giffgaff for a day, you can’t get any SMSes banks insist on sending (authenticator apps wen) so you can’t buy anything!

    So since I started using @giffgaff as my second SIM there's been a noticeable increase in spam messages. Will be dumping that network asap

    @giffgaff can you help asap. Topped up £15 additional credit this morning! This has gone through. Shows on my account. I soon as I landed In Europe received a message to say no credit top up. Balance 0.00? Where’s my £15.00 gone??
