@giffgaff everyone was receiving two texts a day to offer support , advice and comfort. Through this number we were able to get help for those socially isolating without family support or internet.

@giffgaff I just tried to use it to phone a number outside of my allowance and it says I can claim it every six months so I claimed it but it never went onto my account? So I can't phone the numbers I wanted to unless I top up again??

@O2 @giffgaff No worries, O2. It was Twitter itself that had messed up with some of their APIs, as many other people (on various different networks) were having the same issue. All is normal now. Have a good day.

@DeadieHarry I absolutely don’t want a credit card. I have executive function issues and don’t want something I could forget to pay off. I haven’t had a phone contract since I was 18 because @giffgaff is excellent and provide better service for cheaper.
