Cancelled PAC, neither has full signal strength in town centre, 3 has better signal strength where I live just up the road from my parents, but same as GiffGaff where I live, so no point in moving

Everything was working well with @giffgaff account until it stopped working and unable to log into account. Many may feel that we have let them down.

@giffgaff everyone was receiving two texts a day to offer support , advice and comfort. Through this number we were able to get help for those socially isolating without family support or internet.

@giffgaff I know you wont be able provide support via social media. I was suggesting a phone call to help navigate support and ask necessary security questions.

No Internet or TV since last night and I'm running outta data. I'm not due a @Giffgaff top up for another 9 days. It's a £10 golden goodbag if you're interested in covering my expenses due to lose of your service @virginmedia

Got two scam texts about energy cost support within the same day. Given the real forthcoming payment and the anxiety of missing out on it, I imagine they are relatively easy to fall for. @giffgaff and @O2 really need to do better </preachy>

Every month I buy mobile phone packages from Giffgaff. Each time, I get an email that tells me: "Hurrah, my Goodybag purchase has been successful." Each time, I cringe. Why must everything be so childish? It's a mobile telecommunications service, not a bag of little sweeties.

@daggley @Klarna @giffgaff Hi, We are very sorry to hear that. Each purchase attempt is susceptible to an eligibly assessment and we, unfortunately, cannot guarantee that you are accepted. If you want us to look in to this then you are more than welcome to get in touch with our CS and they will help you.

@jasebyjason I use Giffgaff, because it uses O2's network, but the contract is rolling every month, so in the case of financial difficulties, I won't have the company harassing me for money I don't have.

@giffgaff Hello! Are you a bit slow getting new sim cards out? I ordered one for a relative of mine to get her on to giffgaff, that was on Monday. Got an email to say it’s been sent out first class, but still no sign of it yet.
