@CovHTID2022 @giffgaff Hi Simon 👋 after 80gb usage on the always on your connection will be very slow. With the unlimited goodybag it’s not slowed down but after 750gb usage there is a fair usage policy

@smml96 Hi Sara. Oh no, that's not good. Please drop us a DM with your full post code, so we can check for any issues? - giffgaff Tasbiya

@benno44775 @giffgaff That's not to bad, 750gb is quite alot...

  • Smoken_Mirrors Jill Chambers (@Smoken_Mirrors) reported

@o_burbidge @Plusnet @O2 Good luck! Hope you're not in the west end as I'm on Giffgaff which uses the O2 network and it's been consistently abysmal on three brand new handsets (Cowgate and now the A1 are appalling too.)

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@Smoken_Mirrors We do again understand your frustration, but please can you DM us with your full post code, so we can look into the service issues, and advise on any other troubleshooting steps that may work. - giffgaff Tasbiya

@virginmedia DOWN I'm still a customer, I think? It 's 7 days no internet, WFH is a joke. "Engineers working on the problem"? More like "Engineers tripped on a cable, smashed their head open passed out for days" Had to buy more data from @giffgaff SW19 Pull your finger out virgin

  • smml96 Sara (@smml96) reported

@giffgaff What is going on today with your signal service. This is very poor. The whole day, the signal is staying on E and no Internet access for long periods of time with seconds of it returning. Please help

  • benno44775 Beano (@benno44775) reported

@harychad @giffgaff Hi . Have you tried to turn the phone off and then back on ? Usually helps me when I have signal trouble. Give that a try
