    @giffgaff Doesn’t get to the root of the problem though. And it doesn’t help prevent it happening to others who may not be as savvy and may fall for it. @Ofcom

    I didn’t want to change mobile provider. But I was told this was the only way I could keep my service bill at a level I could afford. I was very happy with the PAYG service I had from @giffgaff, and did not want to change, but it was that or a surcharge.

    @giffgaff never had a problem.. Today im having a big problem. No internet. I use as part of my business. Yes i have data in my goody bag.

    @giffgaff absolute disgusting service from yourselves and the repair team. Informing us by letter that my 12 year old had damaged his phone - does this go for my Dad with the same phone, he is 66 years old. Couldn't admit responsibility, think trading standards 😑

    @giffgaff I have narrowed down the problem. When i go into radcliffe within a certain perimiter its total internet blackout. When i. Come out it returns as if there was no problem. Im a taxi driver. I have never had any issue like this with all the years ive been with you. My Three

    @RobertHanna_eth @giffgaff for mobile and @Plusnet for internet. GiffGaff are not increasing prices for the whole year and use O2 network, regrettably Plusnet have recently.

    @DaveSThompson @sonya_grattan I told EE I’m hopefully going to join a phone Co op (or giffgaff) when I finish my contract. EE have no loyalty to longstanding customers. I pay more for my service than most people I know! Have complained but got fobbed off with crap excuses 🀯🀬

    @MENnewsdesk GiffGaff..who piggy back tge O2 network have no planned increases for 2023. Β£10 month I get unlimited minutes/text & 20GB data +5GB buffer (free) incase I go over 20GB Β£20 month unlimited everything

    @LordHuw @tescomobile for an old contract, and is a way obviously to lock them into a new deal with a frozen price contract. Much cheaper than any of the other networks, which actually have stores in which you can go into for help and talk to someone - and giffgaff are only keeping their prices fixed

    Isn't it odd how the contract phone networks like EE, 02 and Vodaphone have issues with keeping customers when they impose annual RPI increases Buy a phone direct from Apple & Samsung then go to a PAYG network like GiffGaff or SMARTY It's sh1† loads cheaper I did

    @giffgaff I swapped to your service due to the better data coverage in my area, now it's dropped out to virtually no data, much worse in the evenings, almost unusable. When will this be fixed? I'll need to switch providers if it continues for much longer. I use two of your sims.

    @IAG828 Talk mobile is about the same cost as giffgaff and is on Vodafone network
