  @giffgaff why the heck is the “slower data” once I use my 20gb 4g allowance comically bad. Like my phone is barely usable. Joke of a “network.” That’s not even an exaggeration, sending messages takes 3 minutes. I timed it.

  @Officially_Kriz Bro these people are just capping. I pay £15 on giffgaff every month for unlimited data and I have 3 phones and 2 laptops. Never have I ever had ti manage data or do anything.

  @7armer @lateantique @Gio45ive Mobile Virtual Network Operator. A network with no (or almost no) physical infrastructure that piggybacks off of another network. Giffgaff and Sky Mobile are on the O2 network. VOXI and Lebara are on the Vodafone network.

  @ClaireFarley71 Oh dear, Claire. When ordering a SIM you can choose a free SIM or pre-purchase your first plan, but no further payments will be taken until the SIM is activated on the account after you receive it. Can you send us a DM, we can advise on where best to get support - giffgaff Hannah

  @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.

  @Glen11Glen @dbcxptures That sounds fair. GiffGaff could be cheaper by a couple of pounds but little in it. Others have also mentioned the O2 network is pretty rubbish for mobile internet.
