    @giffgaff why the heck is the “slower data” once I use my 20gb 4g allowance comically bad. Like my phone is barely usable. Joke of a “network.” That’s not even an exaggeration, sending messages takes 3 minutes. I timed it.

    @giffgaff why is it still impossible to start your goodybag early from an iPhone when you run out of data? The mobile app says go to the website, which when you select the goodybag does nothing. I had this problem 2 years ago & it still doesn't work unless I can find a computer.

    @ThreeUK Hi Three, I was disappointed in the coverage in Prague on my recent trip. I’m being charged £2 a day for roaming and I had E service most of the time. My partner on Giffgaff doesn’t pay a daily fee and had 4G everywhere.

    @giffgaff Hi, I ordered a SIM card for my mother in law and she's set up a new account using it as we wanted to cash in on your offer of us both getting a £5 in return. She's not had anything and neither have I. I wanted her to have my £5. Can you help us out with this? Thanks

    Giffgaff is usually customer friendly. But after 24 hours my Sim has not been activated. Not happy#be careful#giffgaff

    @giffgaff absolutely sick to death of how crap your network is. I’ve been with giffgaff for years now and it’s just gotten worse - I always have data available but there’s constantly issues accessing the internet or my apps loading. Such a poor network. Really fed up

    @SMARTYMobileUK Bought a data add-on at 10:26. Received a confirmation (and data) at 11:35! In the interim, had a frustrating conversation with a clueless customer-service rep. Thinking of going back to @giffgaff.
