@giffgaff why the heck is the “slower data” once I use my 20gb 4g allowance comically bad. Like my phone is barely usable. Joke of a “network.” That’s not even an exaggeration, sending messages takes 3 minutes. I timed it.

@stevegoodman @tomarbuthnot @VodafoneUK Agree on Vodafone being shocking. They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

@rowdy_claire @O2 @giffgaff I still have a year in my contract and can’t afford to buy out but I won’t be staying when it’s up, even if my work gets me discount. It’s next to impossible to speak to anyone! It’s terrible! Never had this issue when I was with EE!

@kevtownsend Have you tried calling as a new customer? I could never get anyone when trying to cancel the subscription few years back. Cancel and get a Giffgaff pay as you go redeem SIM. No hassle.
