@giffgaff why the heck is the “slower data” once I use my 20gb 4g allowance comically bad. Like my phone is barely usable. Joke of a “network.” That’s not even an exaggeration, sending messages takes 3 minutes. I timed it.

@tescomobile Left giffgaff as their o2 carrier was crap. Joined Smartie, excellent service £7.00 for 4gb and unlimited calls and texts. . What do you offer?

@giffgaff why is it every few months I have an issue with my data It runs super slow Get told to turn my phone off and on or change the sim I shouldn't have to I pay way too much for this to keep happening

@giffgaff Hello! I’ve looked at your help pages but can’t see anything. Do you have any plans to enable wifi calling? We have no mobile signal at home and it’s a real issue now more companies are sending codes by text.

@BWallArthur @dmfotoni Giffgaff is worth a look. Owned by O2, and using the same network, but normally cheaper. Also, consequently, not applying extra roaming charges.
