@stevegoodman @tomarbuthnot @VodafoneUK Agree on Vodafone being shocking. They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

So @giffgaff received my returned handset but unlike in the past where the return is handled within 24hours 48 at the very latest it seems their track info on returns page isn't even acknowledging a return. So annoying and you can't talk to anyone as zero phone support.

@giffgaff It's ok, it's my problem and I don't know how to sort it, I've been cut off, quite rightly, for exceeding my data allowance but to leave me without a phone is a bit despicable isn't it? I'm in my 8th decade.

All of our handsets come from @giffgaff and returns have been super easy with refund showing in my bank the day after they receive it. However this time nothing. Not even annl acknowledgement of receiving the phone. Someone at @giffgaff please help me.

@CoastalCanary If you use up your data allowance, you should still be able to make calls and send texts as normal as long as you have an active goodybag. If that's not working, please send us a DM with your full postcode, and we can look into that for you. - giffgaff Emer.

missing being with @ThreeUK I changed to @giffgaff but have had no signal for 2 months maybe I should go back to three , anyone else have this issue with giff gaff,had a bad signal with 3 at times but never this bad,giff gaff keep saying a mast being fixed surely not this long
