@stevegoodman @tomarbuthnot @VodafoneUK Agree on Vodafone being shocking. They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

All of our handsets come from @giffgaff and returns have been super easy with refund showing in my bank the day after they receive it. However this time nothing. Not even annl acknowledgement of receiving the phone. Someone at @giffgaff please help me.

@giffgaff It's ok, it's my problem and I don't know how to sort it, I've been cut off, quite rightly, for exceeding my data allowance but to leave me without a phone is a bit despicable isn't it? I'm in my 8th decade.

@Sock_Monster Ive never come across that. I haven't had a mobile signal all week - they're working on the mast in town that's used by Sky, voda, tesco, talk talk, giffgaff, 02,smarty,three and it's affected a fuckton of people. Raises my anxiety no end.
