John Woods (@Yorksims) reported@HubertHobux @giffgaff giffgaff don't accept payments by direct debit,you're paying them by Continuous Payment Authority from your credit/debit card or Paypal so if you're paying by card you need to log into your giffgaff account to cancel the payments.

I've been reaching out since that day and been asked the same question then no further reply or help. I'm left with no way to contact.
