@stevegoodman @tomarbuthnot @VodafoneUK Agree on Vodafone being shocking. They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

@MrsSTeaches I realise it isn’t what you asked but my tech-savvy friend persuaded me to go contactless with GiffGaff and just own the handset. Do a great range and I’ve never looked back. Save £20 a month on the contract I would have had; and always had a surplus when time to buy another.

@Bexstorr We're sorry to hear this, Rebecca. If your phone is asking for a SIM Network PIN then this means your phone is locked to the previous network you used. In this case, you'll need to get in touch with them or take it to a Mobile repair store near you. - giffgaff Tasbiya
