It takes multiple on off date for it to refind my 4g. Yet i used to be able to have 4g when in my house when my wifi went down. Now its nothing. Whats going on?

Like many companies, there is no customer loyalty, they want the maximum money out of you for minimum service. Time to port your number to giffgaff, same o2 network and less money.

Bangkok Butcher (@Bangkok_Butcher) reported@Ajarncom I only have to call the UK from time to time. Best option I found was to order a Giffgaff SIM (or esim), stick a fiver in it and just top up when required. It usually connects to the AIS network here so calls etc all good. Serves 2 purposes with being able to receive UK SMS also

Just odd my friends on giffgaff and o2 never have issues and tesco uses the o2 network and I have to use their phone or switch an a pay as you go sim on different network for data

At the moment we only deliver SIM cards to selected destinations, and unfortunately if the country isn't listed we are unable to ship a SIM there. We're unable to advise on when this service will be restored to more destinations - giffgaff Hannah
