They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Also phones keep trying to connect to 5g which we don't have here - TA20 3SZ. My phone right now has 5 and award arrow. There doesn't appear to be any mast problem.

I am unable to get signal despite following all the steps including a new sim card & still no signal. I can only assume its the handset. Will a cracked screen affect the warranty?

KnowYourSelf (@kindanew) reported@ajzxne Outsourced still means they have to be paid for. We do not know what the arrangement O2 has with Giffgaff for renting network capacity but there are probably options which can be added and removed. Different virtual operators might choose different options.

I should’ve known better as it was still their engineer who failed to show up. #Frustrating, but for #giffgaff not to have any means of rectifying the issue is unacceptable. I am being penalised as a result.

If you break it twice in a year then they can apparently just deactivate your account and refuse service. I only used around 900GB once. & that was because of watching netflix + post PC format game downloads
