They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

Dr. Cristina Clopot (@cris_clopot) reported@DrJennie_Morgan I’d say Now Tv broadband, it’s the low end service provided by Sky but you can choose only broadband, or broadband and landline. We have decent connection with them. Also for mobile phoned giffgaff works on O2 network but with month to month deals.

John Woods (@Yorksims) reported@Pogit @giffgaff That consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015) requires you to prove that the problem was down to a fault or issue at the manufacturer, as opposed to wear and tear or misuse. So you need an engineer's report ideally from Apple to prove the phone was faulty when they made it.
