    @stevegoodman @tomarbuthnot @VodafoneUK Agree on Vodafone being shocking. They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

    @giffgaff @realNyarime If you want to solve the problem,stop using the template response first.I asked the agent about the PAC refund,and they responded “Upon reviewing your account, our systems confirmed …..”,It’s has nothing to do with my question.

    @MRP_YT We're a web based company, so there is no contact number for us. If you have an account with giffgaff, you'll have entered an email address to activate your SIM. It's worthwhile checking your emails for any coming from giffgaff, to help with logging in. - giffgaff Jeanette

    @giffgaff site says i can only add credit. i want to buy a plan. brings this up but also wont let me press anything. paypal also not working. Don’t have any other devices.

    @AskKlarna @giffgaff Klarna approved, then an issue with giffgaff checks. Via the website chat with a klarna person the suggested option was to build up credit to solve this situation. Seems like a strange strategy…
