Richard Dowling (@DowlingNFL) reported@giffgaff I did yes and had no signal for 24 hours. I have just manually joined a network instead of automatic and it appears to be working now. Network called "I TIM". I hope this is correct? I will use this and see if it works everywhere I go. Thanks

Kate French-Morris (@_katefm) reported@giffgaff It’s been another week and still no improvement. I have zero bars all the time, wherever I am in London. I’ve changed my sim twice. Would appreciate some more useful help now as this isn’t really acceptable.

Jason Clampet (@jasonclampet) reported@englishpaulm I have a US SIM card from T-Mobile and a UK one from giffgaff. The latter is easy to use, cheap, and I never ever get spam calls. Not enough consumer-centric rules on US carriers when it comes to mobile networks

mufcjoe (@mufcjoe69) reported@giffgaff I swear to god giffgaff you are so bad. I can’t get service ANYWHERE and when I do it’s so bad and so laggy I’m sitting in my own home and it’s lagging like why. Goodybag and everything active makes no sense why your network coverage is so bad.
