@stevegoodman @tomarbuthnot @VodafoneUK Agree on Vodafone being shocking. They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

@EE No bud, basically your network is really bad and am paying to be on that rubbish network... where’s @giffgaff when you need them!

@giffgaff @scathach72003 @scathach72003 I hope this is sorted in the next hour or so. Leaving a disabled person with NO emergency communication could be life threatening.

@giffgaff what does “sorry you don’t have access to this service” when making a phone call mean?

@LauraKing14 @giffgaff Been a SIM customer for a while - no complaints. Was about to upgrade my ageing handset, don't think I'll be considering them for it, based on your experience. Hope they take responsibility.

@scathach72003 @giffgaff I'm appalled that @giffgaff have left a vulnerable family without a phone service for so long. I note you proclaim to support vulnerable customers on your website yet this situation proves that's not the case.

Is not an issue and affordable given we’ve been doing it for years with no issue for both @VodafoneUK and @giffgaff ! The longer this drags on the more money that goes to other networks. Plus the less chance we will all stay with @O2 as they just don’t seem interested. 2/

@Teresastorey81 @giffgaff Hi Teresa, when you close your account all payment methods are removed. Is it possible you have another another account? I would suggest calling the bank to cancel future payments being made.
