@stevegoodman @tomarbuthnot @VodafoneUK Agree on Vodafone being shocking. They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

@giffgaff hello, have had no network signal on my phone since late last night, no idea why unfortunately. My wife also on Giffgaff but hers is working fine. Have tried everything from restarts to enabling SIM and disabling to removing sim and replacing. Any other ideas?

@giffgaff A new 5G mast has been put up quite close to me, but I can’t seem to connect to it. I’ve toggled 5G on in my service settings, but it’s still showing 4G at the top of my phone, and giving me really slow speeds. Any idea what’s going on?

@maravding @giffgaff hi marti the network coverage in the eu is not down to giffgaff, it is down to the providers in the country that maintain the masts. sorry to hear this and hope it resolves itself

@giffgaff you really need to sort this crap with the network reporting 5G to the phone handset but no 5G actually being available so anything using data just hangs. As soon as force phone to 4G only it works instantly.
