@stevegoodman @tomarbuthnot @VodafoneUK Agree on Vodafone being shocking. They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

@giffgaff That's fine, but I'm in London Zone 2. I get no more than one bar of signal. Sooooo. It's still a little shocking, but I will take your advice.

@giffgaff 20hrs since first contact with #giffgaff regarding an account hack, and no response. No urgency. No customer care. Similarly have been cut off twice during calls with #HSBC . Unbelievably awful service by both companies.

Just purchased a @GiffGaff Goodybag as mine ran out t'other day. The second I pressed 'confirm payment' my mobile data connection came back online, like within 5 seconds. Never experienced it being that quick before, usually have to wait a few minutes. Thumbs up. 👍 #GiffGaff

@DanielP04116141 We didn't mean to come across as insulting Daniel, we simply advise all members that these 3 factors will give the 5G service. On the app, you can enable this, by selecting Account, then Service Settings, then 5G Settings. - giffgaff Jeanette
