@stevegoodman @tomarbuthnot @VodafoneUK Agree on Vodafone being shocking. They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

@MissKufuor Hi there Roz, please be advised that numbers are recycled after 6 months of non usage. Once this happens, there isn't a way for us to reassign this back to you we're afraid. Drop us a DM if you need further help. giffgaff Natalie.

@Kimbo69957778 @giffgaff Hi Kimbo, locked phones come up with ‘sim not supported or phone locked to a different network etc’. Is the sim you’ve got activated at all? Try the sim in another unlocked or locked to o2 phone to see if that works. Also see if u can try a sim from a df network in it to check.

@YeaboyitsGrace @giffgaff Hi Groice, if yours is fine and in the same house or area then it’s likely not giffgaff. If the sims fits swap the sim to see if it works in your phone and yours in hers. Sometimes that even refreshes the network settings to fix the issue. Try that.
