@stevegoodman @tomarbuthnot @VodafoneUK Agree on Vodafone being shocking. They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

@lucy_zepeda @giffgaff For the last few days there's been a problem with the last version of the app where the homepage didn't show your goodybag or credit. To cure the problem uninstall the app then download and install the new version.

Here @giffgaff when you get a phone sent back for repair, why don’t you let your customer know what you’ve done to fix the issue or what the issue was before sending it back? Having got it back, I can confirm that whatever you’ve done, hasn’t fixed the issue what so ever
