They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

Mr London (@mrlondon_ncb) reported@giffgaff hi, my data speed has been awful for around 2 weeks now, I’d say slower than standard 3G. Been on the network for a few years and never been this bad. Not changed phone or anything else recently. Any idea what the cause might be?
