I had to use #GDPR to obtain call recordings & customer record to prove their lies after over charging & contract termination. I’m now with #Giffgaff for a cheaper, better service on 30 day rolling ‘contract. ‘

Today received text to say resolved my complaint but surprised as they haven’t spoken to me. Just lie, lie, lie and deny. I went to #Giffgaff (O2) & happy with service.
