@mossgatherer_ Giffgaff. I pay a tenner a month and never get through my data.

  • 1AustinMitch Mitch (@1AustinMitch) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@EE No bud, basically your network is really bad and am paying to be on that rubbish network... where’s @giffgaff when you need them!

  • markwilsonit Mrk W Dgtl (@markwilsonit) reported from Olney, England

@stevegoodman @tomarbuthnot @VodafoneUK Agree on Vodafone being shocking. They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

Q on what businesses can do to promote digital upskilling and increase access to tech @Siobhain_Mc says the government has engaged with the likes of BT and Vodafone but many people are using smaller network providers like @LycamobileUK and @giffgaff

  • RichMillington Richard Millington (@RichMillington) reported

@brianoblinger I loved when GiffGaff were promoting the average time to response. A couple of organisations share annual metrics and include it. Seen two internal ones that have something comparable. But no, nothing I can see in a major support community.

  • planetf1 Nigel Jones (@planetf1) reported

@Shammz006 @SMARTYMobileUK That's not so bad... not the best for home broadband but respectable for mobile - I would have stuck with smarty/3 if I had that (or less). They also benefit from having wifi calling/VoLTE which others like voxi, giffgaff etc are missing.

  • schoelle Bernd Schoeller (@schoelle) reported

@giffgaff I have an issue receiving text messages this morning. Any known issues on you network?

  • TobyHopwood Toby Hopwood (@TobyHopwood) reported

Wow, thanks @giffgaff - you emailed saying my phone repair is out of warranty - no details given - & quoted £246 to repair it. Adding insult to injury, saying I'll be charged £15 to send it back unrepaired. Phone cost me £199 and I've only had it a couple of months! So bad.😡

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@schoelle Hi there. We're so sorry to hear that. No, there aren't any known issues at the moment. Please send us a DM with your postcode, and we can look into this further for you. - giffgaff Emer.

  • Mykiel_B MikeKAB (@Mykiel_B) reported

@JerryGiraffe @giffgaff Yes, in order to access any support aside the frequently asks questions and the knowledge base, you would have to create an account to access the community or contact the agents.

  • flintworks Flintworks (@flintworks) reported

Hey @Giffgaff I keep on getting no service. Today I'm someone's next of kin whilst they have a medical procedure and need to be contactable. In my settings i have changed mobile networks and changed back again, restarted my phone and still get no service.

  • AndrewShute2 Andy S (@AndrewShute2) reported

@giffgaff @O2 would somebody like to sort out the transmitter strength that covers PR7 before I take my custom to another network, I’ve moved to within 0.5km of one of the Uk’s busiest motorway service areas & have one bar or it drops to 3G 😡 Ridiculous & slow!! .

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@_Izzers That's no problem, Izzy. Take care - giffgaff Jade
