They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP.   @giffgaff good morning, I bought a phone from giffgaff last April & I believe its still in warranty. I am unable to get signal despite following all the steps including a new sim card & still no signal. I can only assume its the handset. Will a cracked screen affect the warranty?

  @giffgaff my wife tried to enter into phone contract via yourselves, and because she has never used klarna the contract can’t be fulfilled. Hugely irresponsible that via your chat function a person suggested taking debt/credit with klarna to improve score and support the order..

  @Glen11Glen @dbcxptures That sounds fair. GiffGaff could be cheaper by a couple of pounds but little in it. Others have also mentioned the O2 network is pretty rubbish for mobile internet.

  From you and you don't help you just want my money well I am not renewing my contract in November 1 and put in a non contract SIM of my choice. It's your fault for bloody awful service. Your good at taking my money. I may have to choose voxi on signal results or Giffgaff depends
