@GL650_LynneG It's a general comment. I'm Giffgaff, but that runs on O2.. I get them, but they aren't from O2, a parcel service or whatever because they come from a mobile number not a 4 digit assigned number.

@giffgaff Yes endless messages dragging feet not to understand. It is NOT a rocket science: I cancelled your service by following your procedures. You already apologised last month, promised no withdrawals but till continuing to withdraw the cancelled subscription!!!

@giffgaff Incident Ref: 210702-000149 on 3 July confirming no charges despite the withdrawals. There are others this week, your staff pretending not understanding the problem: 210802-001916 Then a few more for not working logins - not interested! All I need STOP charging!

@giffgaff DO NOT use this strange company with no customer services that you can talk to. We purchased their SIM card for a brief period then cancel it by following their website. Despite email assurances 2 months on they are still charging us via DD. DISGRACE!

@giffgaff Anything works with this company? You kept emailing me with you high security two step verifications never works! Is there anything else you can do to frustrate the enquiring public whilst unlawfully withdrawing money?? Very low!

@disclotheya Hello there, We're sorry to hear that. A nearby phone mast in your area is currently not working and this will be what is causing your usage problems. - giffgaff Ann 1/2

@JamesKennedyUK Zen is terrific for t’internet. @EE twice bricked my phone when abroad despite my buying an add-on for such use because they didn’t like me being on a legacy T-Mobile plan. (Tried a Giffgaff SIM the second time; it was fine so not a phone issue.) Horrifically irresponsible.

@JackpWild @stax97 @giffgaff Calm down! It’s not a bloody commercial 🙄 I was stating before you had a fit! That if you researched reviews etc on companies before you buy a phone. Then you wouldn’t get crap refurbish ones 🙄 grow up 👋
