Our engineers are on the case but your service might come and go until we fix it. We'll update you by Friday 12th June 2020. Updated 18:04 (refreshed hourly)

John Woods (@Yorksims) reported@HubertHobux @giffgaff giffgaff don't accept payments by direct debit,you're paying them by Continuous Payment Authority from your credit/debit card or Paypal so if you're paying by card you need to log into your giffgaff account to cancel the payments.
