@giffgaff Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working. Looks like a phone mast near to you isn't working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are on the case but your service might come and go until we fix it. We'll update you by Friday 12th June 2020. Updated 18:04 (refreshed hourly)

@giffgaff Please help, I have lost my phone and the password for my giffgaff. I want to replace my sim but each time I request a password reset on my giffgaff account giffgaff says it has sent it either via text (and I don't have my phone) or by email but it so far hasn't arrived

@giffgaff No I would recommend you just let your web-store team know - your page abondmemt rates will be high enough for them to clock the issue, it’s happening on mobile and desktop.
