Bill Dennis (@macg33zr) reported@LookoutPoint2 I've got Giffgaff which is using O2. I can get a signal outside and upstairs. It's not great for data but OK for backup. Problem is the mast is uphill at the crossroads and most of village is in a dip!

I have got a new phone that requires micro sim, I have received a sim card to replace it with the old one but there is no option for sim swap! I raised this issues through your website with ask an agent but not helpful at all !!!
