    @giffgaff Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working. Looks like a phone mast near to you isn't working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are on the case but your service might come and go until we fix it. We'll update you by Friday 12th June 2020. Updated 18:04 (refreshed hourly)

    @peg_leg5125 @giffgaff same for me. been waiting for a log in code for my bank and cant receive it. ive no signal at all to receive calls or messages and desperately need a code for my bank. no xmas for us!

    @giffgaff time to move on i have 3 accounts and our work force has 73 between them. Unfortunately no signal for the last 11 months in a certain area and lack of knowledge and understanding of the issue by the agents, @lebara here i come.

    Anyone on Giffgaff or other MVNOs get the “Boxing Day Booster” text message? Got one on EE, but not Giffgaff… can’t help think that some of the lower-cost PAYG networks might have been where that message might have been valuable and wondering if they got left out…

    @giffgaff We have done that but my partner has no phone atm it will be from his account lsc88 and it is a matter of urgency as he has no phone for work. I find it a right faff with out a call centre not very good customer service

    @rooreynolds I think Three are a primary network operator, so their Giffgaff equivalent virtual operator would be SMARTY…
