@giffgaff Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working. Looks like a phone mast near to you isn't working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are on the case but your service might come and go until we fix it. We'll update you by Friday 12th June 2020. Updated 18:04 (refreshed hourly)

@TheMedievalDrK @menysnoweballes If you can get someone to order a giffgaff sim they have good data rates and you could use your phone or tablet (?) to get 4g. Check O2 coverage as that’s the network they use. It’s monthly and can be paid by PayPal iirc (def by credit card).

@giffgaff We need to contact you with regards to a series of offensive calls from members of your network that we would like to complain about. There is no obvious way to do this. We are blocking their calls but we wish to ensure that no one else receives such repulsive calls.

@WeekendWireless @giffgaff If you choose to just add PAYG credit to a giffgaff sim (minimum £10) rather than a monthly plan that credit will never expire as long as you use the sim to make a call,text or use some data at least once every 6 months so ideal for a backup
