    @giffgaff Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working. Looks like a phone mast near to you isn't working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are on the case but your service might come and go until we fix it. We'll update you by Friday 12th June 2020. Updated 18:04 (refreshed hourly)

    @giffgaff 13+ hours without data now but Iโ€™m a lucky one some customers of yours are 28hrs + without data due to your systems errors. Does anyone take this seriously at giffgaff?

    O2 & GiffGaff list their prices (cheap!) Vodafone's customer services didn't know. Three's number checker doesn't recognise 056 EE have a separate PDF (expensive) BT & Virgin have nothing. I might have to get an 056 number, have people call me, and see what it costs them!

    @giffgaff why are you sending refurbished phones with only 82% battery health left? This is the second phone from you with the same issue! Phone not even QC checked as battery dead on arrival & certainly not โ€˜LIKE NEWโ€™ as advertised! Getting nowhere with customer services #help

    @giffgaff Hi, Iโ€™ve just got a new giffgaff SIM card, Iโ€™ve followed all instructions but it still says it needs to be activated. I canโ€™t find my number because itโ€™s not where it says it is and I canโ€™t text the number because my iMessage wonโ€™t turn on. Can you help? Why this hard

    They thought we was a fake โ€˜networkโ€™ and tried joining 02 on the sand which is why giffgaff was developed but then things tuck a turn for the worst and they tuck it over, itโ€™s a big network connected to real techโ€ฆ

    @giffgaff No never been a giffgaff member. He has now received an email saying the sim has been activated with mobile number and order ID. The email address is missing part of husbands email so not sure what is happening
