@Yorksims @giffgaff Thank you for letting me know this information. There is a terribly bad storm so I believe that what the problem was when it comes to the mast

@giffgaff your service is appalling. I have been DMing for weeks since your network went down for 3. You said improvements for local masts, but the signal since has been worse. I’ve heard excuse upon excuse yet you have no resolution. #CommunicationsOmbudsman next

@giffgaff you are causing my wife @Jaynemcgrogan1 unnecessary upset. All she wants is an explanation as to why two payments have been taken and also to cancel all future payments, she has answered all questions you have sent. This has been going on for 12hrs now. Close it ASAP.

@ryangibsonuk @SMARTYMobileUK I've just started migrating my numbers from giffgaff to smarty after a tip off from @theotherman - signal is no better round here but worth it for the wifi calling support alone 🙌 I can actually hear my clients now, it's a miracle.

@giffgaff I would rather continue this discussion here. Your support team seem to have stopped responding after 2 messages. I feel like the effort you have put in responding here is more than it would have taken to update my account to stop the scammers sending me these texts.

@giffgaff can't login to my account, apparently you've been working hard to fix it since this morning but still not working. Can't get a verification code as it throws an error and when you ask for help, it demands you login, which needs a verification code...
